Loved the location, the underground parking, the Haywood Cafe/Sportsbar in the building, the room and the skiing. The room fit our needs perfectly with the sofa (sleeper), chair with ottoman, table and comfortable chairs, kitchenette, king bed, large closet and spacious bathroom. The view from the window was beautiful of the slopes, and the lights on the slopes at night. It was so quiet, we were never disturbed by outside noise. A short walk down the hall was the Haywood, where you can get a wonderful breakfast and lunch til 3, then happy hour with half price items and dollar mystery beers til 6. You can watch your game on a variety of tvs with a speaker for your table. The food is so good and so varied, we never ended up cooking in the room. The room kitchenette does have a coffee pot, hot plate, microwave and crock pot, refrigerator and sink, along with all the dishes you would need. The underground parking is definitely a bonus. We left our skis in our suv, but there was storage provided. There is a hot tub. For a change one night, we sat in the beautiful lobby by the fire and enjoyed the view out the large windows there. There is also a store where you can buy ice cream or anything else you might need without driving away. It was a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!

A friend and I stayed here for a 4-day ski trip. The place was great and convenient. Close to the Keystone gondola, rental company in the building, hot tub in the building, bars and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed ourselves, and the room was clean and comfortable. If skiing in Keystone again, I'll definitely look to stay at the same place.

We had a great stay. Shuttle picks you up and delivers back which is nice. Very close to the mountain and a beautiful view. Pool and very large hot-tub were nice to heal aches and pains. Nice big bed and room was just the right size for a couple. Look forward to going back next year.

Recently stayed in this lovely condo. Same comments as in 2004, except, the place is actually better. They have upgraded the condo's interior. Decor has elegant touches. Thank's Lee.

We've had two recent stays and everything worked out fine. Enjoy having a king bed and air conditioning, which many River Run units do not. Convenient underground parking. Staying in Keystone is close to all Summit County events.

Three of us stayed there in 2008 and loved it. It was very close to the slopes and on saturday nite we view a spectacular fireworks display looking out of our window.

James and I spend our time in Summit County working two business, and this condo has been a life saver. It has all of the ammenities for our purposes, as well as many more for the skiiers in the winter months. I take advantage of the laundry, work out room and pool several nights a week. It is a very quiet, clean unit that is very comfortable. Many kudos to Lee and Jet to renting it out to us these past two years

Best deal in the area! I had the very comfortable king bed, but my friend on the couch wished it was a bit more comfortable. The room size was great and the location perfect.

A very affordable and convenient location... a 2 minute shuttle ride to Keystone... a nice room with kitchette. Less expensive than the Motel 8 in Silverthorne (that we had originally reserved)!

We spent 3-4 days there with our 5 year old twins. They had never been skiing before. The condo was perfect for us and the kids enjoyed it, especially the condo pool and amenties. It was nice to have the small grocery store within steps of the unit (literally). Security was great as well. So close to the slopes and so many activities. I highly recommend. The owners are WONDERFUL. Lee responded to every one of my e-mails, usually within hours. I couldn't have asked for more. Regards, Debbie Russell Mesa, Arizona

The condo is very nice and the location is superb. Keystone has fantastic restaurants, a festival for every interest, and a couple of world class golf courses. And the people are very friendly there.

We often stay at rentals rather than at motels because they often are more comfortable and are almost always more tastefully decorated. The obvious pride of the owners of this condo was evident in their attention to detail. The room was beautifully decorated and outfitted so that every comfort was at hand. It had the most complete kitchenette we have ever had the pleasure to have used. The George Foreman Grill, the crock pot and other appointments made it very easy to enjoy great meals at the end of the day. The pool and exercise facilites were close at hand. The owners accomodated us in every instance and at every request professionaly and courteously and were very responsive to our needs. All in all a first class accomodation and we recommend it highly.

We had a lovely time at this cozy condo. It has, among other amenities, a crockpot, portable oven, foreman grill, great humidifier and low price for the budget-minded skier. The shuttle pickup is ~30 feet from the condo front door and drops you off 40 yards from the Peru lift. Hope to stay here repeatedly.
