The historic Ballard Flats is a well-preserved place of lodging with roots in French Lick's fabled past. Built in 1915 by Norman Ballard to house the dealers for his gambling establishment, this "Chicago Style" apartment building has been lovingly maintained and renovated through the years. Each apartment provides original features from the Arts & Crafts era, and is decorated with period-appropriate furnishings. It is located just a short distance from the recently opened gambling casino, the fabulously restored hotels, the three challenging golf courses, and beautiful Patoka Lake. There's a lot to do in French Lick and West Baden, and this lodging puts you right in the middle of it!
