Is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath on the 8th floor, is a true Gulf-front condominium in Beach Manor at Tops'l Resort has unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico.
BEACH MANOR:
Has been remodeled. The kitchen has been opened up to the living and dining room & has all new kitchen cabinets and appliances. There is a whole wall of windows, floor to ceiling to take advantage of the beautiful views and sunsets. The master bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows, a king-size bed, and private bath. There are twin beds in the guest room and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
BEACH MANOR - there is a beach locker on the ground floor that has additional sand chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys for your use. All you need are beach towels and sunscreen!!! This is a NON-SMOKING UNIT.
BEACH MANOR: has its own 5-level covered parking deck (so your car is always in the shade, & you can go to/from the condo without getting wet in the event of an afternoon rain shower.
BEACH MANOR: you also have FREE use of our bldg cardio exercise room equipment, wet & dry saunas, & jacuzzi ... plus gas grills!!!
