Looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and perfect beach get away? If so – our place is just perfect for you!
Our spacious 3 bedroom 3 ½ bath four thousand square foot condo has everything you need to enjoy one of the prettiest beaches in the World. Our condo is located at Sanctuary at Redfish in desirable Blue Mountain Beach.
As you enter our spacious two story condo located on the first floor of the building, you realize this is not your typical rental unit. You are welcomed in the entry and notice the expansive living area through the pillars. The large sectional infront of the fireplace invites you to sit and relax as you watch the 53” HDTV along the wall. And then you notice the quaint conversational seating area. The open kitchen has all the cooking supplies needed for a shrimp boil to a gourmet meal! The kitchen island is surrounded by comfortable bar stools so everyone can feel a part of the activity. The dining area offers a large table with seating for 8. The pool table in the opposite corner provides lots of fun for friends and family and the smaller table to the left is perfect for playing games. The wall of windows across the living and dining area looks out to the inviting amenity patio including 4 pools, 2 hot tubs, grills and fire pit. The three sliding doors from the living area give access to the oversized first floor balcony – at over 50 feet – there is room for everyone!
On the second floor you find the sleeping quarters. The master suite is a retreat in itself. With plush king bed, 53” HDTV and large sitting area including, wet bar, wine refrigerator, Kuerig coffee maker and more! The master suite has it’s own private balcony and the master bath is just heavenly with spacious walk in shower, soaking tub, and double vanity. The large second bedroom has a king bed, attached bath and it’s own balcony overlooking the pool. The room is complimented with a 46” HDTV and DVD player. The third bedroom offers two queen size beds, attached full bath, 46” HDTV and Blu Ray DVD player. The full size laundry room is located just off the hall from the bedrooms.
Sanctuary at Redfish is located on Redfish Lake. The lake is considered a coastal dune lake – this area of Florida is one of only 7 places in the world with dune lakes. Like to fish, kayak, or YOLO Board? The lake is perfect. Nature abounds for spectacular scenery. From March 1 – October 31st – a boat picks you up at the edge of the lake to take you across to the beach and back. The beach is breathtaking with the clear, emerald waters, sugar white sand and is private to the owners and guests of Sanctuary , ideal for peace and relaxation!
Looking for more – a fitness room is located on site, and just outside the gates of Sanctuary at Redfish, find award winning restaurants, shopping, miles of bike trails and hiking. Seaside where the film “Truman Show” was filmed is just 3.5 miles east - check out the Wednesday night concerts and the schedule at Seaside Repertoire Theater .

We just returned last night from a week (7/9/11 - 7/16/11) and I can't wait to write the review to share our outstanding experience with this beautiful condo! First of all the pictures, although good, do not show the spaciousness of this place. It is something you have to see for yourself. My husband arrived about 5 minutes ahead of me and immediately was on the phone saying "you aren't going to believe this place!" The kids (all picky teenagers) ran around the whole place exclaiming at each turn "awesome!" The bedroom in the Master is a retreat for sipping coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Every detail down to nice hangers in the closet is thoughtfully prepared. The other bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with good size bathrooms so no one feels cramped. The kitchen/dining/bar area is laid out in a perfect triangle and has everything needed for cooking. We took almost all of our meals for the entire week at home and never lacked for any utensil. My husband cooked on the grills in the common area several nights and was impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the area. The pool table and large screen TV in the living room was a focal point whenever we were in the condo and set a relaxed mood each evening before going to the beach to crab hunt! The pontoon boat to the beach was great, (it was broken 2 days) but didn't present a problem as Capt. Bob still ferried the chairs to and from the beach for you. The walkover down the 30-A path was a hike but still easy to get to for night time excursions. Overall after staying at many places in Destin and the surronding area for over 10 years this is the BEST yet! Jennifer was a great help and did a great job setting us up with everything!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We recently rented this unit for a week. We had an absolutely amazing time. The place is brand new and is immaculate. The pools are amazing and the access to the private beach makes this place one of a kind. There is so much to do for families or just a romantic getaway. There are fantastic restaurants and shops with in walking distance. This is one of the nicer units we have ever been in and we have been vacationing in this area for years. It is every bit of the 4,000 square feet mentioned and then some! We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
