This beautifully decorated condominium sits on a quiet cul-de-sac with an extended, east-facing patio looking out over one of the beautiful nine-hole golf courses. It's a perfect place to enjoy the morning sun. The condo has been fully upgraded including granite counter tops and travertine flooring. There is a flat screen TV in the living room plus additional TV's in both bedrooms. The unit has free nationwide/Canada phone, cable, and wireless internet. This is a private resort. Tenant has access to the restaurant, club house and pools/spas. Golf, tennis, and fitness are available for a nominal fee through the Monterey Country Club.
Monterey Country Club is a centrally-located, private resort in Palm Desert, with mature landscaping and a Mediterranean architecture. Thirty-seven pools and spas are spread throughout the 375 acre property.
Prime shopping is minutes away at "The River" shopping mall and "El Paseo" (our Rodeo Drive).
The selection of fine restaurants in the area is second to none. At The River you will find Flemmings, P.F. Changs, The Cheesecake Factory, and The Yard House as well as casual dining. Sit and enjoy Starbucks or grab a quick meal at Baja Fresh.
There are theaters and entertainment aplenty including a multiplex of cinemas with an I-MAX theater. In addition, you are only 15 minutes away from the great night life in downtown Palm Springs.
You can take the tram in Palm Springs to the top of Mt. San Jacinto or go for a nice, scenic drive to Idlywilld and the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains. It's only a pleasant 45 minute drive.
Everything you would like to do is close by, yet you can return to your own condominium at Monterey Country Club, relax on the patio with a drink and your loved one, while you share pleasant memories of a beautiful day in paradise.

The property was excellent, the complex Monterey Country Club is well kept and safe, and very well located central to everything. We would book again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
