Step into our peaceful haven at 9 Rue Martine in the prestigious development of Caribe! Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in the lovely Beach side community of Caribe, our home is cozy and private. If you are looking for entertainment, restaurants or shopping, the Baytowne Wharf is one stop light away. The sandy white beaches of Sandestin are also nearby.
Our home is spacious enough for the entire family! The master bedroom is on the second floor and features a king bed and spacious private bath. A guest bedroom on the second floor offers a queen bed and private bath. You will find a charming third bedroom on the first floor with full bath.
There is a gourmet kitchen with plenty of cookware and dinnerware to serve the whole group! Our sunny dining area seats four with bar seating for two. Relax on our front porch or master balcony and enjoy the sunrise or sunset!

We loved the spacious rooms , large front porch and balcony off of the master bedroom,but our favorite place was the brick patio where we grilled and ate outside every night. Caribe is such a beautiful neighborhood and we enjoyed the very short walk to the beachthat took us by so many beautiful homes.The private beach is breath taking and is never crowded and we enjoyed the pool as well. I would definitely recommend this property. The pictures don't do it justice.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved everything about our stay. Couldn't have asked for more in a rental. Beautifully decorated, but still cozy and family friendly. Use of the baby strollers and wagon was an added bonus. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed with two other couples in this roomy home. The home is very spacious. The first floor great-room is large and open, as is the second floor bedrooms and even an office area. The entire home is bright and new and very clean. The gated community has much to offer for young and old. We will return and will recommend it to our family and friends.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

"Felt Like Home" When we first walked in, the home was breath taking. The open floor plan leading out to the large back yard area was great. Being right there at the Gulf always makes me smile. The kitchen was fully stocked. So much room and each bedroom having it's own bath made the vacation even better. I have a stayed at this property on numerous occasions!! Travelling with my Mother and 2 Children I have found this to be the perfect spot. The easy access to the beach and the two pools are a real treat. The home is constantly updated and taken care of. Everything is high quality and not typical rental standard. The location is perfect and a little quieter than "Downtown Destin, with a short drive to all the area attractions. Would highly recommend this home.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful vacation at this house! Loved the amenities and the kitchen had everything we needed! We also enjoyed the outdoor shower for cleaning off after long days at the beach! The neighborhood is wonderful too! Would definitely recommend this house! Thanks!Recommended for: Families with young children.
