This beautiful gated, non-smoking condominium has great views all around. This condo is located on the back side of this beautiful gated complex, so it is very quiet. The master bedroom is large and cozy with vaulted ceilings. It has a very comfortable queen bed, TV/VCR, also has a computer desk for your wireless computer.
The master bath has large oval tub/shower. You can walk out onto the balcony from the master room or from the living room which over looks a nice family park with walking trails.
The 2nd bedroom has twin bunk beds, along with a comfortable double bed. Large walk in closet. This room has adjoining bath, that you can enter from the bedroom or from the hall way. Living room has queen sofa sleeper. Kitchen is fully loaded.
This condo is an upstairs unit, with vaulted ceilings. Large Swimming Pool with Spa, Tennis, Workout exercise room are all just a short walk to club house. All guest must have pool pass with them at all times while using these areas,and a max of 4 guest per home at one time. (no exceptions)
This condo is just five miles from the famous Broadmoor, a world class resort and hotel with 11 restaurants.
Mountains do often inspire greatness, but how many mountains do you know that have inspired one of our nation's greatest patriotic anthems, Pikes Peak prompted the lyrics of "America the Beautiful." Take the hour-long drive up to the summit to behold the fruited plain of America's heartland. Or visit Garden of the Gods Park which is near by. Other near by attractions are the U.S. Air Force Academy, Cog Railway, Cave of the Winds, Historical Indian Ruins, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and many more.
Behind complex is a nice park with trails. There is one covered carport in front of the condo. Condo is located on the south end of Colorado Springs off I-25 two blocks from the World Arena. 15 minutes from Airport, and 25 minutes from United States Airforce Academy.
