Beautiful pink Bermuda owner-built home, with self-contained 2-level guest apartment just for you. The sunny open plan unit has a garden level living room, kitchen and powder room. Upstairs is a spacious master bedroom, bathroom and private balcony. The unit has its own large private hilltop garden with arguably the best unobstructed view in Bermuda. Also included on the lawn is a barbecue for your personal use. Sleeps up to 4 adults with a pull out couch in the living room. Has crib for Baby. Just pack your bag and come, you won't be disappointed.
The unit is self contained and fully stocked. You have your own large, grassy, private garden. Linens, towels, iron, hairdryer, kitchen items are included. You will have access to wifi, tv and your own washer/dryer.
We love to meet our guests, and are happy to provide rides and tours. Often times there is something baking in the kitchen that we will share with you. We love to provide advice and suggestions on where to go/what to see. We also respect our guest's privacy and since the unit is self-contained, guests are welcome to be as independent as they like.
The house is at the very top of one of Bermuda's highest hills, at the end of a private estate road. It is a quiet, tranquil paradise. Bermudians and tourists alike are always taken aback by the incredible view. Professional photographers regularly come up to the main garden to shoot the sunset. Just down the hill of pastel coloured houses, is one of Bermuda's most happenin' restaurant/bars Henry VIII (7 min walk). They serve pub fare and have a separate sushi restaurant. Friday night happy hours are always busy. The bus stop to anywhere is also there. And just a bit further down the hill (20 min leisurely stroll from the house) is one of the world's most famous beaches: Horseshoe Bay. Groceries are walking distance and we also offer rides if you need them.
The bus is a 7-10 minute walk down the hill. They are pink and generally run every 15 minutes. Scooter rental is right by the bus stop and is a common way for tourists to get around. Taxis to the airport are around $50.

The property is locoated in peaceful southampton in the western end of the island and boasts some of the island's best panoramic views. It is walking distance to the histroic giib's hill lighthouse museam, restaurants, busstops, and some of the top beaches in the world. The apartment is a spacious, two level 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse. The lower level has a full kitchen, living and dining area, with a full queen pull out sofa bed in the living area, and a half bathroom, with washer and dryer available for stays longer than 7 days. The upper level has a master bedroom with king size bed and full bath en suite, as well as a balcony for taking in the breathtaking views.
The unit is air conditioned on both levels, with cable TV on both floors and wireless internet throughout. There is also a toaster, and coffee machine (complementary coffee & tea provided). There is a BBQ available upon request. Plus comfortable lawn furniture for watching the sunsets and enjoying the outdoors.

Why the Owner Chose Southampton Parish: This property was owned by my Paternal Great Grandfather in the early 1900 it was sold and later used as a planting ground. It was an awesome feeling for us to purchase a piece of my family history. When building this house the original water tank was discovered with pure water in tact.This property was chosen because of the history, the views and the location. It is the very last house at the end of a private estate road high on a hill. It is peaceful and tranquil. It was named by my Moroccan Husband 'Minzah Jamil' which is Arabic for beautiful views. Church Bay, Horse shoe Beach and the Lighthouse including many restaurants are all within 10 mins walk away. It is the perfect location. My Husband & I are simply delighted to be your Bermuda Hosts.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome: An old ruin-the original house was discovered. The limestone blocks were dismantled and saved. They are beautifully displayed in a natural fireplace in the main unit of our home. The land & sea scapes are simply breathtaking with unobstructed views east to west of the island from Hamilton clearly to Dockyard. It also boasts views to the Lighthouse and South shore views from the Master Bedroom. The sunsets are simply captivating and you are simply mesmerised by the beauty.
