Owners personal vacation townhouse purchased in March 2011(built in 2006). We completely remodeled and added all new furniture and Kitchen with new appliances. It is so convenient to everything, but we love hanging out at the pool getting a tan and relaxing in the morning with coffee on the balcony! We have been vacationing in Marathon since 2001, and jumped at the opportunity to own this special hideaway. Layout is perfect for small or large family.

Nice large rooms , clean , all modern up grade bathroom Kitchen very nice place for month s or weeks with the pool out side the door. Also close to everything . Great location thanks Jim cogon

HOA rules do not permit a rental of less than 30 days per contract, but you are not required to be present the entire 30 days. No refunds for vacating early. $2500.00 per month(30 day minimum required) plus Town and State lodging taxes. Security fee of $500.00, refundable within 5 days after inspection. Marathon is a cozy little town with most of the amenities of a big city, just smaller! The weather is unbeatable, the air is clean and the skies are breathtaking blue. The night sky is just as remarkable, and the sunsets are phenominal at the nearby 7mile bridge. The only choice we have to make is which beach to go to and what kind of seafood for dinner! Its a quiet and safe neighborhood! We love it! Hope you will too!
