Williamsburg is NYC’s most vibrant cultural hub and the center of the Brooklyn Food and Art scene. Teeming with artists and young professionals, the neighborhood is overflowing with artisinal cafés, galleries, gourmet coffee roasters, chocolate makers, micro-brew tasting rooms, fashion designers, cutting edge music venues and a zillion delicious restaurants offering: japanese, artisanal pizza, malaysian-peruvian, thai, turkish, vietnamese, middle-eastern, polish, mexican, french, venezuelan, korean, argentinian, southern barbecue, american bistro, burgers and authentic italian enotecas, etc.
The LOFT: Located in an upscale artist loft building that is both clean and secure on a quiet historic street just a 5 min walk from the famous Bedford Ave L Train, which is just a 5 minute ride to Manhattan. The loft is on quiet residential street, yet is a 5 minute walk from over 100 restaurants, 2 dozen cafés, 5 supermarkets, 6 parks and all the shopping you could possibly need (and that’s without even getting on the subway 1 stop to Manhattan). The loft is also just 3 blocks from the trendy Brooklyn waterfront. You cannot score a more centrally-located clean, beautiful and simple artist loft that is close to transportation and sleeps 7 people!
The apartment is a clean, tastefully furnished OPEN SPACE which sleeps a maximum of 6+1 in 1 Queen-Size Loft bed, 1 Queen-Size Sleeper Sofa, 1 Futon and 1 air mattress. Please keep in mind that there are no separate bedrooms with doors. This is a true open-space artist loft with 7ft tall windows from wall to wall with sweeping views and spacious 12ft ceilings.
We keep it spotlessly clean, there are no bedbugs or vermin, and if you like to smoke, do drugs and have raucous parties then this place is NOT for you. We do not rent the beds separately so please do not ask. The fee is the same whether you are 1 person or 7 people.
There is both a clean modern bathroom and sleek kitchen, with access to laundry room on the same floor. Included in the price are Heat, Air-Conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, all taxes, screening and cleaning fees.
The space is filled with light during the day from the wall-sized windows that give way to sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline and Williamsburg Bridge. There is also roof access, from which the views of the city are even more breathtaking, so bring your camera!
This is NOT one of those illegal convert factory buildings filled with ragtag slackers, that is unkept (picture bedbugs and beer bottles), the kind that proliferate the further east into Brooklyn you go. This is the real deal. Everything is up to code, new renovation (6 years old), there is a super on the premises at all times, etc. i.e. you get what you pay for.

I can't recommend this loft highly enough. It offers lots of space, high ceiling, amazing views of the Williamsburg Bridge and Manhattan, modern well equipped kitchen and so much more, Williamsburg is very lively and you will not be spoilt for choice for a drink or a bite to eat. Two subway stations are well within walking distance (approx 10 minutes). East Village is about a 15 minute door-to-door journey. Daniel is a great host and was very helpful. It is worth realising there is no TV but who needs that in such an awesome city. My only criticism is that the loft would benefit from an IPOD docking station. Had a fantastic time and hope to be back soon.

Stayed for one week and despite my nervousness was absolutely blown away with the hospitality of Su and Daniel (not only are they fun but they are helpful and quick to respond). The loft is exactly as it looks in the pictures and you can see Manhattan out the windows (even lying in bed!) The building is busy but secure and is a couple of blocks away from two subway options and the famous Bedford Ave - great shopping and trendy bars & restaurants. Had a fabulous time and no issues whatsoever! Thanks again guys for such a great stay and making out time in Williamsburg so enjoyable.
