The LOFT: Located in an upscale artist loft building that is both clean and secure on a quiet historic street just a 5 min walk from the famous Bedford Ave L Train, which is just a 5 minute ride to Manhattan. The loft is on quiet residential street, yet is a 5 minute walk from over 100 restaurants, 2 dozen cafés, 5 supermarkets, 6 parks and all the shopping you could possibly need (and that’s without even getting on the subway 1 stop to Manhattan). The loft is also just 3 blocks from the trendy Brooklyn waterfront. You cannot score a more centrally-located clean, beautiful and simple artist loft that is close to transportation and sleeps 7 people!

The apartment is a clean, tastefully furnished OPEN SPACE which sleeps a maximum of 6+1 in 1 Queen-Size Loft bed, 1 Queen-Size Sleeper Sofa, 1 Futon and 1 air mattress. Please keep in mind that there are no separate bedrooms with doors. This is a true open-space artist loft with 7ft tall windows from wall to wall with sweeping views and spacious 12ft ceilings.

We keep it spotlessly clean, there are no bedbugs or vermin, and if you like to smoke, do drugs and have raucous parties then this place is NOT for you. We do not rent the beds separately so please do not ask. The fee is the same whether you are 1 person or 7 people.

There is both a clean modern bathroom and sleek kitchen, with access to laundry room on the same floor. Included in the price are Heat, Air-Conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, all taxes, screening and cleaning fees.

The space is filled with light during the day from the wall-sized windows that give way to sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline and Williamsburg Bridge. There is also roof access, from which the views of the city are even more breathtaking, so bring your camera!

This is NOT one of those illegal convert factory buildings filled with ragtag slackers, that is unkept (picture bedbugs and beer bottles), the kind that proliferate the further east into Brooklyn you go. This is the real deal. Everything is up to code, new renovation (6 years old), there is a super on the premises at all times, etc. i.e. you get what you pay for.
