  The location of the condo is great, just a short hike up the hill. A few mins walk to everything. We had fun cooking in the kitchen with all the tools and utensils provided. The condo is very well furnished and are exactly as shown in the pictures. Javier was at the condo to welcome us when we arrived. There's an oxxo right next to the condo which makes staying here even more convenient. Hopefully we will return soon :)

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Beautiful condo, just like the pictures suggest. Great Location, walking distance to everything you want!. Javier was friendly and helpful with any questions. We have been to PVR a few times int he past and this was better than ANY hotel we ever stayed. We will definitely be staying with these guys again. Thanks Javier!!

  Javier and Andreas, We loved your condo! It really is just 2 blocks from the Beach and a short walk to streets lined with great restaurants. Not far from the shopping on the seawall and the open air market. The rental was exactly as advertised. Perfect for the 4 of us. Javier met us at the property on-time, gave us friendly advice about what to see and where to eat. Everything was in order for our stay. The place is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our week's vacation, including beach towels. If we come to Puerto Vallarta gain, we would rent it without a doubt!

  We was really looking forward to taking our Christmas & New Year holiday in Puerto Vallarta, and was our first time in Mexico so was expecting it to be nice and our expectations were exceeded as the apartment / condo was a perfect choice, spotless condition and the host Javier /Andreas were excellent hosts, fresh linen and towels twice per week as was the cleaning, we could not fault them, the location of the condo was perfect nice and quiet area and yet simply only 5 minutes walk to where ever or what ever you needed, I certainly would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone so if you are thinking of going here then think no more take it we stayed for 16 days and was a shame the holiday had to end, even down to the pool area very nice to swim and cool off and yet also so peaceful and quiet thank you both very much for allowing us stay here Rob & danny

  We have recently returned from a wonderful vacation in Vallarta. We were there from April 2-12 and enjoyed all the sights and sounds of Easter fiestas. The town came alive! When we arrived Andreas and Javier were at the airport to pick us up and welcome us to their lovely condo. It is a beautiful place in the heart of Romantic Zone. So tastefully decorated with all the amenities we needed. Very comfy beds and very quiet. We would watch the sunrise every morning from our patio. A short picturesque walk to the beach would prelude long and lazy strolls throughout the enchanting neighbourhood. We enjoyed stopping to enjoy delicious food and drinks at the many local cantinas. Our gracious hosts provided for a magical stay and we cannot wait to return again soon. Thank you again for letting us enjoy your piece of paradise. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone who really want to see and enjoy the real Mexico!

  I rented the apartment for my relatives and they were very happy with the property. I had a few questions about the property and it was very easy to get in touch with the owners, they were extremely accommodating. The listing is accurate. The property was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property. We also loved the location, it was close enough to the beach and main attractions, yet we had some privacy away from the main tourist street.

  Good-morning Andreas & Javier This all sounds so wonderful. Thank you once again. I have our flights booked through XXXXXXX, so we're good to go again!! We fly out April 2nd and arrive in PV at 8:00 p.m. local time. That would be great if you could pick us up at the airport. So sweet of you. We woke to big snow storm-but now we have something exciting to look forward too - helps get us thru the winter! Soak up some sun for us for now (: Cheers… Wayne & Verlea xo xo

• Refundable Damage Deposit: $300
• Taxes Included

Cancellation policy:

Terms of Payment & Refunds: Reservations require a 50% DEPOSIT within 7 DAYS of booking for confirmation. The BALANCE of RENTAL and the SECURITY DEPOSIT must be received within 30 DAYS prior to the arrival date. Failure to pay rental deposit, security deposit or balance of rental on time could result in loss of reservation. If reservations are made less than 30 days before arrival, then 100% of rental and security deposit are required within 7 days of booking. The rental deposit, less a $100 processing fee is refundable until 90 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations between 61-90 days of arrival are subject to a 50% surcharge of the rental. Cancellations between 31-60 days of arrival are subject to a 75% surcharge of the rental. Cancellations less than 30 days of arrival are subject to a 100% surcharge of the rental. Bookings for Christmas and New Year are subject to 100% surcharge regardless of time of cancellation. In the event of a cancellation, we will make every effort to rebook the time. Should we be successful, the rental fee will be returned less a $100 processing fee. 100% of security deposit will be refunded upon any cancellation. Subtenancy is not allowed the rental agreement will be cancelled and there is no refund. Security Deposit: We require all guests to put up a $300 USD security deposit to ensure the condition of the condo. After checkout the condo will be cleaned and a thorough inventory taken before the next guests check in. Provided there is no more than reasonable clean up and nothing damaged or missing, then a check for the returned security deposit will be mailed within 7 days. There will be no deduction made for normal wear and tear. It is understood that with the exception of the items mentioned within this agreement, all other damages or lost items will be deducted at replacement cost, which may include but is not limited to labor expense, shipping and importation costs. It is further understood that smoking inside the villa or exceeding the maximum occupancy will forfeit the security deposit. Maximum Occupancy: Maximum occupancy is 4 adults. Exceeding this limit will automatically forfeit the security deposit. Couches and cushions are not to be used as beds. Registered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed inside the condo and on the premises. Permission of the Property Administrators must be obtained for non- registered guest access. Noise Ordinance: Please be respectful of other condominium guests/owners. By 11:00 p.m. Respect for our Staff: Violent, drunken, or abusive behavior toward our staff or administrators will not be tolerated. If any guest demonstrates this behavior, the entire group will be immediately evicted from the premises and will automatically forfeit their security deposit. No refunds will be given to guests who are dismissed under these circumstances. Smoking: Smoking is permitted on the terraces, and around the pool. Check in - Check out Time: Check in is after 3:00 P.M. and check out is before 11:00 A.M. unless there are no arrivals prior to your departure you may check out late and vice versa. Electronic Safes & Keys: There is a $75 charge for lost condo keys to replace the locks on the villa doors and safe. Satellite TV/stereo: Please do not disconnect wiring to TV,, DVD, or stereo. Responsibility: The renter named in this agreement will be responsible for themselves and all guests whether they are registered in the condo or not. The renter acknowledges that LOMA DEL MAR B-25, its owners, employees and agents do not carry personal liability insurance and can not be held responsible regardless of fault, for any accident, loss, damage or injury suffered by the renter, members of their party or any other guests which the renter or their party have allowed access to the property, regardless if said loss is a result directly or indirectly from acts of God, danger incident to the sea, any body of water, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, custom regulations, delays or cancellations of or changes in itineraries or schedule or from acts of omission of any airline. Furthermore, the renter will release and hold harmless any and all parties involved with the rental, management and reservations of the property and to release and hold harmless it's owners or representatives for any loss or damage to personal property or for any injury and/or death.
