Our luxury condo rental is located at one of the premier Branson resorts. Holiday Hills Resort sits in a perfect location, just on the the edge of Branson on East Highway 76. This quiet location is away from traffic and noise, but is just minutes from all the shows and entertainment on Branson’s 76 Country Blvd!
Holiday Hills is 2.5 miles from the Lake Taneycomo bridge in Branson’s historic downtown district – about five minutes from the east end of the strip. Yet while our condo is away from strip traffic, it’s still within easy driving distance to Silver Dollar City, White Water, Celebration City, and Table Rock Lake. Plus, Holiday Hills is the closest resort to the new Branson Landing, a 420-million dollar waterfront development with a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment, which just opened in the spring of 2006.

We are private owners who are renting out our family condo when it's not in use. There are many benefits when you rent from private owners. First and foremost you get more condo amenities and full access to the resort amenities for a smaller price than most basic, stock condos and hotels. Secondly, there is no need to check-in. We give you everything you need to enter the condo and use the resort before you even arrive. We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had trouble using the code to get into the condo and called the number on our reservation sheet and had a call back within minutes. He gave us another code and it worked and we were into the condo very quickly. It was very clean and ready for when we arrived. We plan to go back to Branson and we will be checking back about availability.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Nice location in Branson. Place was large and had plenty of room. Had everything we needed to cook and not running to the store to get items. Would have been nice to know that it had stairs to the unit. Was not as clean as others we have stayed in. Would stay again if we go back to Branson.Recommended for: Sightseeing.

THIS CONDO WAS TERRIFIC, EVERYTHING WAS JUST LIKE THE LISTING SAID IT WAS. HAD PLENTY OF SPACE, THE MASTER BATHROOM WAS GREAT, THE TUBE BIG ENOUGH FOR THE FAMILY, I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE PLACE, I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR RENTING MY FAMILY YOUR HOME. THE ROUND A BOUT WAS VERY FUN ALSO. THE CONDO BEING LESS THAN 2 MILES TO TOWN WAS AWESOME ALSO. I WISH I COULD KEEP BRAGGING ON THIS PLACE BUT I WOULD BE HERE ALL DAY. Condo was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 6 of us and lots of luggage! Nice resort with lovely grounds. We watched ducks off our patio each day. Close to grocery store and NOT on the congested strip of Branson. The condo was clean, bright and cheerful. We enjoyed the pool, walking around the development and hanging out on the deck. However, with so much to do in Branson, we were out most of the time. Very nice place to stay. Was exactly as described. The property was clean , well -maintained, easy to find, and close to the attractions we were interested in but far enough away to get out of the heavy traffic. This condo made our mini vacation in Branson great! The 1st thing we noticed was that it super clean! Afer we checked ou the condo we ventured out in to Branson. We realized the condo was in great location (3 or 4 minutes to Branson Landing) and 5 to 10 minutes from almost anything else. There was a grocery store with and a Dollar General right across the street from the condo for any essentials that you may need. This is one of our favorite places to go on vacation. We love the resort, especially the pool! The condo is perfect for our family. We can cook meals in the kitchen, eat together at the dining room table, and there's plenty of room to move around. The kids also love watching their favorite cartoons on the HDTV while mom and dad get ready. We enjoy the view from the balcony and the peaceful environment away from the Branson traffic and noise. And yet, the condo is only a couple miles from one of our favorite places, Branson Landing. This was our second time staying in this condo and we will definitely come back!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Holiday Hills Golf Course View on map
I play the Holiday Hills Golf Course more than any of them. Mainly because it is in the same location as my condo and it's cheaper than most which means I can play multiple times. It is a beautiful 18-hole golf course and as a plus they just added the new ProLink GPS System. My wife goes to the pool and me and the boys go play golf.

Shop for the basics View on map
Here is a new little gem in Branson. This is the place to get the basics without having to fight the traffic. Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, and several other stores are located here. In addition, a new steakburger & custard restaurant called Freddy's has opened in this location. If you are looking for something quick and delicious you should give them a try.

Indian Point Lake Access View on map
If you are looking to get on the lake and want a place to rent a boat or jet skis, you may want to check out Indian Point. It is one of the two lake access areas we recommend. While we've used Indian Point in the past, we now generally only use State Park Marina. Indian Point is 16 miles from the condo.

Sunfest Market View on map
When we travel to Branson we shop at the Sunfest Market. It's right around the corner from our condo, only a half-mile away. Whether you need groceries for the week or a late evening snack, this is a good place to get what you need. There is also a Dollar General in the same parking lot in case you forget the necessities like deodorant or toothpaste.

About the owner: We are private owners who are renting our family condo. I've been a Baptist pastor at my church for 23 years and in that time my family has enjoyed vacationing in Branson.
Why the Owner Chose Branson:
We live here in Missouri just west of St. Louis. Having lived and worked in this area for over 30 years, Branson has become my family’s favorite vacation getaway. We are happy to open our condo for others to enjoy and hope that it becomes a “home away from home” for our renters.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our condo is across the parking lot from one of several pools open to Holiday Hills guests. In addition, the Tennis courts are in the same area, as well as the main welcome center for Holiday Hills which contains movie rentals, snack bar, and the fitness room. I enjoy taking a morning walk around the lake, spending an afternoon at the Branson Landing which is only 3 miles from the condo, and swimming at the resort in the evenings.
