My friends and I recently stayed at the McAlpin Getaway house during the labor day weekend and we had a great experience. Mr. McAlpin was very attentive and hospitable towards us and we received a welcome packet before we left that was very helpful. The house is very clean and has all the amenities you would need. The complex where the house is located has a private lake with two beaches that are within walking distance. If you want to venture out to a few of the towns nearby, its an easy 15 to 30 minute drive. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone interested in a relaxing getaway location.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We recently stayed at Woodview Terrace for a weekend and had a fantastic time! The house was clean, furnished nicely and well stocked. We felt completely at home! The pools and lake were very close and clean! The basement with large TV and bedroom was perfect for the early morning risers to have a place to play while not waking the rest of the house. Overall a great home and we would definitely return!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
