I'm 68 years old, a retired architect and a newly-wed! I enjoy snorkeling, sailing, fishing, watercolor painting and traveling in general. I really enjoy walking on the beach and watching the sunrise and sunset.
Why the Owner Chose Blue Dolphin
I purchased our unit after spending lots of time looking. I owned an interest in a condo in Destin since 1997 so I knew the area and knew what I wanted. This unit stood out because it was in an almost new building that had only 10 units. It is in an area of low-rise buildings so it offered and area of low density on the beach. At the same time it is near all of the great amenities offered on the Emerald Coast.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
It's great to have covered parking right next the the pool and the beach. The elevator is only steps away. From our unit we have an incredible view to the East and South, with a long West view from the balcony. We can even see the bay to the North from our East and North windows. The unit has a well-equipped kitchen and can sleep six people in regular bed and two more in a queen hide-a-bed. Our media equipment is actually better than at our home, with a 60" high-def TV with DVD and VCR and TV's with VCR in each bedroom. Our high-speed internet is faster than our home internet from the same carrier.
