Well-equipped kitchen - perfect for entertaining. Four porches (one for each bedroom). Perfect for watching sunsets over lovely marshlands.
Fripp Island is totally gated; and thankfully, lacks boardwalks and large commercial districts... although lovely Beaufort, Charleston, Savannah, and Hilton Head are close by for those that like more action for part of the vacation.
