Uniquely (and beautifully) decorated, fun home! Many upgrades that add to the charm of this home. Overlooks Marsh and 17th green at Ocean Creek, a short walk (4 -5 blocks) to the beach and marina. Well-equipped kitchen - perfect for entertaining. Four porches (one for each bedroom). Perfect for watching sunsets over lovely marshlands.
Fripp Island is totally gated; and thankfully, lacks boardwalks and large commercial districts... although lovely Beaufort, Charleston, Savannah, and Hilton Head are close by for those that like more action for part of the vacation.

Our family had the best vacation we've had in years in Fripp Island. The house is beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. Location is great. My kids loved seeing the deer and the golfers while sitting on the deck. The golf cart is great for going to the pool and beach. Kitchen is beautifully equipped. Nights are peaceful and serene. We had a fabulous week.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

What a wonderful house in absolutely the BEST location on Fripp Island! Centrally located and close to everything...pools, beach, golf courses, marina! The most relaxing vacation we have had in ages. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us.
