  Such a nice and perfect place for familiy's and others. Everything ist more than well! The owner (Leslie) was very very nice and helpful! Its not just the house what makes it perfect. The resort with the big pool area and playground makes the experiance top of the tops. Disney, Universal, much restaurants, Target, Publix etc. is reachable within 5 - 30 minutes... I hope we can visit Paradise Palms again! Adi and Familie (switzerland)

  I stayed at this beautiful property with my husband and son along with two other couples and their three children to celebrate my son's fourth birthday. I was concerned being that I usually visit disney various times a year and usually stay in the villas on property, but my concerns were unfounded. This town home was beautiful, immaculate, and extremely spacious. The children had an amazing time in the "pirate room", the private pool, and the resort splash pad. The owner was a delight to work with. As per proximity to area attractions, it was about a forty-five minute drive to legoland and about 10 minutes to disney. I highly recommend this property!

• Truely Paradise.

  Our latest stay at this vacation home was truely a paradise to escape all distractions. The five bedrooms gave us and our guests enough room to have space and still enjoy each others company. We were impressed by the decorations and the cleanliness of the condo. The amenities of the vacation spot only added to our experience. The community pool with slide and kiddie play area was ideal for the little ones who joined us. While they played there, the adults relaxed in one of the two hot tubs. After a day of excitement at the pool, we all headed to the movie theater housed in the clubhouse. It was amazing to have a movie theater feel without the price of paying to see a movie. Apart from everything offered on site, anything you could possibly need is in driving distance. Shopping, groceries, and entertainment. We will most definitely be reserving a week for next year. Cant wait to go back.

  Overall my family of seven adults was please with this property. We were happy to not run into any uncleaned toilets or grimy floors; the housekeeping appears to do a fine job. There was more than enough space for everyone. It was nice that have four full baths (although we did run out of hot water a number of times). The open kitchen with large dining table worked well for a few cook-in dinners. However, the kitchen utensils left much to be desired (knives were quite dull - and plastic cooking tools were cheap/flimsy). Additionally there were only two trash bags provided for a 6 night stay (this is most likely housekeeping's fault). Now, I understand most folks eat out exclusively, if that is you this would naturally not apply. The location relative to Disney is on par with other locations were have stayed at - simple 10-15 minute drive. While setting up our stay, the property owners were kind and attentive via our email correspondence.

  Owner response: Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. Of note for future guests, the cleaning service leaves 'start up' supplies for dish soap, laundry detergents, shampoos, hand soaps, garbage bags, and toilet paper. Most of the time this is enough for the stay, however, some of these items might have to be purchased from the local stores if you need more...we re-use the bags from the grocery store and the trash is hidden right on the front porch with convenient pick up by the resort.   Where should I start? This townhouse was a fantastic home for our Disney trip. It was an easy drive to the Disney parks and lots of the stores located nearby. The kids were so excited about it they wanted to live there forever. The resort pool and playground was fun for the kids and not crowded at all. We only used those one time since the pool at the townhouse was a great mid-day relief from Disney. There was so much space for everyone to spread out that made for easy naps and down time. And having 4 bathrooms no one ever had to wait. With a TV located in each room there was no fighting on who was watching what. The WII in the living room was a hit for all the kids and we used it often. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer; we did a couple of loads while we were there. Leslie the owner was great to deal with. She answered emails promptly and gave great recommendations for our trip. All of this with 11 family members and not once felt crowded. Return you ask, without a doubt!!!

  This house is brand new, very nicely decorated, and extremely comfortable for large parties. Our party included adults, teens, and kids and we never felt crowded. Everyone had their own room with bathroom (except down stairs where 2 bedrooms share the main one). The kitchen is fully equipped and the outside pool was very nice and refreshing after a long day at the parks. The drive to Disney is about 5-10 minutes, while Universal is about 25-30 minutes depending on traffic. Very close by there is a Publix, Walgreens, Super Target, and various chain restaurants. The owner is very nice and was able to accommodate our reservation and needs on short notice. I will definitely recommend! :-)

  I can't say enough nice things about our stay here in Kissimmee! There were 10 of us (me, my husband, son, daughter-in-law, 4 grandkids and daughter-in-law's parents) and we didn't feel at all crowded. The town home is beautiful and spacious and beautifully furnished. My grandsons loved the pirate beds! and my granddaughters also loved their cute pink room. It was wonderful to have 4 bathrooms but the most popular part of the residence was the splash pool! So great to be able to go out and cool off after a hot, humid August-in-Florida day, splash around with the kids, or lounge around with the adults after the kids were in bed. The large pool at the Clubhouse was terrific too along with the other facilities there. Everyone in our group was really knocked-out about the accommodations and Leslie, the owner, is a real sweetheart and couldn't have been more helpful prior to our stay. We travel quite a bit and usually stay at very nice places (mostly resort condos or hotels like the Westin, or Marriott or Sheraton) and this was certainly one of the best and very affordable! Many thanks to Leslie and the rest of the Johnson family for sharing your elegant vacation home with us for a truly memorable stay. We definitely hope to return.

  We had a fantastic vacation. The pictures describe the house perfectly. This home is beautiful and the resort has so much to offer. We traveled with children from the ages of 6 to 15 and everyone had plenty to do: swimming, tennis, basketball, playground, and everyone's favorite, the arcade. Leslie was terrific. She answered all of my questions right away and gave us lots of tips to make our trip easier. The house is very convenient to shopping and all of the parks. I would highly recommend this house to anyone and I hope to return sometime.

  Leslie's townhouse is simply AMAZING! The 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms gave us plenty of space, there were 8 of us and we never once felt crowded. The home itself and the furnishings and beautiful. Each room is decorated with quality furniture and linens and COMFORTABLE mattresses (a rare find on vacations) The private pool was great for the kids and the adults with easy access and major convenience. The large pool and the clubhouse were great too. The pool sports beach entrance, water slide, fountains, water fall and grotto like hot tub with plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend this unit to anyone with a large family or group looking to make the most of their vacation.

  We certainly made the right choice staying at this townhouse. We were a short distance to Walt Disney World. The only problem was our vacation was too short! There were 10 of us and we were all comfortable and had plenty of room. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner provided us with all the necessary info before we even left Idaho. The pool was an added bonus for the kids. We would definitely recommend this townhouse to others. Thanks so much for helping making this a memorable vacation!

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. A cancellation fee of $50, with the remainder of deposit retuned, if cancellation is done more than 60 days before stay.

Pool heat during winter months is optional at a $20 per night additional fee.
