  This property was perfect for two couples and two dogs who visited Tulsa in March for a reunion. We all enjoyed the house and its amenities and it was conveniently located. I give it a big thumbs-up.

  My husband and two small dogs stayed here at Christmas for a week. The fenced back yard was good for the dogs. We had six relatives over for dinner as well as cookie baking and had plenty of room. Loved having the washer and dryer. Judy asked if she could decorate for Christmas, and we had a tree and lovely greenery around the house. We had a garage and a garage door opener. Would like to have had a mixer in the kitchen. I would stay here again and will recommend this house to others. The house location is in central Tulsa. The photos are accurate. The property is clean and maintained. We are from Oklahoma so we didn't need a lot of touring info. We felt free to call Judy with any questions and concerns.

  Beautiful home, centrally located in Tulsa. We had a corporate training there is week and it was delightful, much cozier than a hotel. Charming furniture an exceptionally clean.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  I had a great 2 week stay in this home. It was lovely and had everything I needed. Very convenient to stores, shops, dining etc. The yard was simply beautiful, especially in the mornings with the birds and beautiful landscape, it was pleasant to have coffee on the patio. My little dog loved the yard too. The owners were accomodating and helpful. I will stay here again if it is available.

  My family stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was very nicely furnished. We wanted for nothing. The boys were racing at the EXPO Center and the house was fairly close to it. Many many shops and restaurants were close by. Judy was very pleasant and easy to work with. First time in Tulsa and I hope not our last.

  My family and I had a very enjoyable stay in January, when we attended a family wedding. The location is very accessible to all areas of interest. The house is furnished with everything that you could possibly need. The owner was very accommodating to our various requests and went way beyond our expectations. I can highly recommend staying at this lovely house.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Owner response: I have throughly enjoyed the experiences I have with families who stay at my home from home. This group was from Europe and were so very delightful. We went on a Tulsa tour together one day up Route 66, Harley Davidson and to the Mall. The house was left as if it was their own. It was a pleasure to meet them and share some about our cultures.

  Great home for 6-8 people of all ages. I have a family of 6 and we stayed there comfortably. The owner is very nice and easy to deal with. I was coming in from out of the country and she made every effort to work with my needs. The location is great, close to main freeways, a large mall is 2 miles away, a park and golf course in next to the neighborhood (also includes a par 3 course to play with kids), hospital is one block away in case of any emergencies. I was pleasantly surprised at how well maintained the house is. I felt at home, including a garage door opener for convenient access. The only drawback is there was no internet access and the cable channels were limited. However, the owner has indicated she is planning to get internet. We stayed two weeks and would highly recommend this home to others.

  Owner response: It was wonderful having this family for an extended stay. I have recently completed installing internet and more tv channels so this should be more confortable for those with children and adults who need that internet.

  Our family really enjoyed this cozy home in a great location! It is easy to get everywhere and there is a nice park, pool, shopping and restaurants close. The backyard is great and full of wonderful birds (and bunnies!) to watch. The hospitality put forth by the owner was great - she offered advice on places to go, eat, see and was overall very accommodating.

  We enjoyed out stay. It was just right for our needs. We had alot of people here, slept well, handy for the soccer camp in Tulsa.

Rates $150/night, $650-5 day week- Call for special rates (some dates can be less)
Check in 1:00pm; check out 10:00am (depends on bookings can be changed)
Deposit of 1/2 holds property,balance 1/2 is due month prior to check-in or lose  
reserved dates. Accept cashier check, money order, cash, check.
Pet deposit $100 returned within 2 weeks if no demage and owner cleans up po.
Damage deposit $200 leave it as you found it and returned within 2 weeks.
Cancellation Policy - lost total if cancel 2 weeks prior,recommend renter's policy
If more than no. of people stay than contract $20 extra per person per night.
