This beautiful Pelican's Landing condo is fully furnished and ready for your Tybee vacation. You are right in the middle of the whole Tybee scene in this condo. Wake up and walk to breakfast at the famous Breakfast Club. Tybrisa Street is right around the corner and is where you will find souvenier shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife and the Tybee Pier and Pavillion. And if you are here during any of Tybee's festivals or celebrations, you will be able to view the parades right from your balcony. So come and park your car and you don't have to get back in it until you head home! There is covered parking for 2 cars. This 3 bedroom condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a twin and a full bed. There is also a queen size sleeper in the living room so you can sleep 8 if needed. The kitchen is fully furnished with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook during your stay...but why cook with all the restaurants right around the corner! This complex shares a pool with the Sea & Breeze.

In review, I must say this condo is very nice, very clean, and we had a very comfortable stay. Any neccessity that we may have forgotten or just overlooked was provided for us. Since we were more interested in sitting on the beach, we decided to cook ourselves for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All the little things that you need but don't know you need until you need them was provided. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again. Thanks Melba!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Excellent guest service, location & condo facilities. Everything top-notch. Master bedroom does receive late night/early morning noise from bar next door, but that is to be expected in main tourist area locations such as this. Once you fall asleep, you rarely notice. Beach is close by - very short walk, pool right next door. Balcony view from living area lets you see main street sights - good place to sit on summer nights. Community grill available & used by us more than once. Would gladly stay again. :-)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children.
