  We recently spent two weeks in this condo and loved every minute of our vacation there. The premises are top notch. Clean, upscale, beautifully furnished and well-appointed with all the comforts of home and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.   Excellent condo in a perfect place. This condo has been updated and is stocked perfectly. Owners are great and provide anything you need. The condo is very close to the pool, and BBQ's, parking is close by. Cant say anything more than, perfect!

  We knew that this unit had been recently renovated but we were still pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It is bright, spacious, beautifully decorated and has the feel of a home rather than a vacation property.We also found it to be very quiet and rarely heard any noise from the adjoining units. Reg and Sue have been so thoughtful with all the little details that make a stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen is not only new but very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals at home. We loved sitting outside on the large, private lanai that is surrounded by gardens.The location of the property is perfect for morning walks and within a 10 minute drive of great beaches. Our favorite was Puako which had really good snorkeling, surf to play in and some shade for those really hot days. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels and coolers and used them almost every day. We also loved the heated pool and spending relaxing evenings in the hot tub looking up at the stars. The layout of the unit was also perfect for two couples. This unit and property far exceeded our expectations and is one of the nicest we have stayed in. We would highly recommend it and are looking forward to staying here in the future.   We have just arrived home following a week at this very comfortable and updated suite. We LOVED it.. The owners have done a great job of updating a unit with great space. Ceilings are high which give a "roomy feel" The unit is fresh, bright and modern with extra comfy beds, multiple thread count linen and attractive decor. Stainless steel appliance and granite countertops, finish it off beautifully. The outdoor patio is large and right beside the community pool at ground level. A quick walk to the beach and shops and hotels The two bedrooms and two bathrooms would be just right for four adults . Reg and Sue, are delightful to deal with and were very helpful with "hot spots" to see in the area. Don't miss happy hour at Lava Lava beachfront to north of the Marriott 3-5 pm We will be back!! Would highly recommend Thanks so much .

  so a bit nervous renting property on line for a vacation property never seen. after exchanging a few e mails and talking with the owners directly was very relieved about our stay there going as anticipated. as I had befriended our shuttle service driver over the last two stays on Big Island he confirm to me the address did in fact exist and the properties were very nice so that helped in the booking process. all in all we had a great time and was thrilled with the rental unit....until or stay there, we had only ever stayed at the Hilton and for the cost we had certainly stuck gold in renting the condo. so now I am worried as we invited several of our friends over one evening for some card games who were staying at the Hilton and they were impressed as well..now the next time we are all to go Hawaii again for the world Pokemon Championship the condo will be booked well in advance and we will miss it....time will tell If I could ever afford to purchase a condo as well kept and nice as this I would not hesitate to do so. certainly it was much nicer than our own home and was difficult to leave. next time there I hope to get to stay much longer and get a real chance to really explore all the island has to offer excellent property..very happy with the end result thanks charles

  The pictures of this condo don't do it justice. It is so much bigger than we expected and has everything you need. We were going to eat out every night but ended up having quite a few meals in due to the kitchen facilities and great patio outside for eating. The pool and hot tub is less than 30 feet from the condo and we spent most nights in the pool and hot tub under the stars. The Queen and King's marketplace is a 10 minute walk with many great shops and restaurants there. We went to a different beach every day and the snorkelling was great. We found out that the beaches at the resorts are available to the public so went there often and they were not crowded. We appreciated their beach chairs and noodles that they provided. Thank you Reg and Sue. We can't wait to come back and stay longer next time.

  We selected this property because we wanted to explore the beaches - but we didn't want to pay the beach resort prices! It turns out we made a perfect decision. First, this is a very, very nice condominium that is equipped with literally everything. Just as an example, they provided two Tommy Bahama beach chairs that had built in storage and coolers. These were great at the beach. We used the common area gas grills and had steaks one night. The condo had all of the utensils, plates, etc... that we needed. I cannot stress how well furnished this unit is. It is also right next to a very nice pool and hot tub. It has a nice deck where my wife and I would enjoy our morning coffee. It does not have a view other than the beautiful condominium landscaping. We were very new to the area and learned a lot about the local beaches. We went to beaches all over Big Island (south side green and black, east side and west side). From this property, here is my summary of the beaches we visited: - A'Bay Beach ... is a short 2 minute drive. It is walking distance (although a long walk). A'Bay beach is absolutely beautiful. But the sand is rough/abbrasive and not a very good beach to walk on. These is a really cool little restaurant/bar called the Beach Club where you can have an expensive drink but remember, location, location, location. - Hapuna State Park ... about a 15 minute drive. Incredible beach. Turtles in the water. Wonderful sand to walk on and very swimmable. - Mauna Kea Beach Resort Beach ... about a 15 minute drive. In my opinion, the best beach for walking and swimming on Big Island. This resort has public beach access for the first 40 cars that arrive. Get their by 9am and you're in. Just an incredible beach to swim, relax, read a book or walk. We loved this property and used it as home base for exploring Mauna Kea and Waipi'o Valley. We stayed at a different property when we explored the southern and eastern beaches. We would absolutly love to come back and stay at this property. If time and money allows it, we will.

  Absolutely loved our stay at this condo in a perfect location! We were close to shopping, A-Bay was a short walk, and the condo was right by the pool - perfect for my two boys! It was beautifully decorated and so spacious!!!! I could not believe the amount of space in this place and loved having a washer/dryer available! We only stayed 3 nights and wish I had booked at least a week. The owners were wonderful to work with and truly cared about our stay. They made the process very easy and made us feel like family! If we get to return to the Big Island some day, this will be our #1 choice of places to stay!

  Very accurate info in their ad. The condo is quiet with great trade wind cooling - never needed to turn on the A/C in the 2 weeks we were there. Nice up-to-date electronics with internet access and free mainland phone. Grounds great - walk to see views only downside. Adjacent to pool means short walk there. Well equipped throughout - even had q-tips in master bath and full size washer/dryer. Shopping close with two upscale mini-malls including a small grocery store for the quick items needed. Common ground facilities first class with exercise room, large meeting area under a roof with small kitchen and bathroom. No grilling at condo, but 4 propane grills in club area were very clean & high quality & just a 2 minute walk away. Hilton Waikoloa across the street 10 minute walk offers another escape place as does "A Bay" public beach a 15 minute walk. Several beaches within close driving distances offer some beautiful settings to explore also. Swimming and snorkeling at most places.
