  Our stay at Answered Prayer was great. Even though the weather did not cooperate, the convenient location, super nice facilities and beautiful area made up for it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay would highly recommend this venue for a great vacation. We would go back in a heartbeat.

  The owners were great and we loved the beachy feel of the house. I liked the credit card/cash option, and the house was awesome for the 8 of us. The kitchen is even better than the picture (spacious). The bikes were a plus for the kids and an added bonus to our stay, adults as well! I never have traveled to 30A in the fall but the ocean was as warm as bath water, the tram was still running, sunshine everyday, and enough people in the area to make it fun but no lines anywhere to eat. Seacrest Beach is a wonderful 3 story beachy home neighborhood next to Rosemary Beach (great retail therapy) and Aly's Beach (donut truck and open spaces) so stay here and enjoy!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  Owner response: We accomplished our goal! We love making sure our guests get to see a slice of heaven when they're at Answered Prayer beach house! We want them to know about all the activities in the area. We make sure the house is fun and comfortable so you can relax or ride one of our bikes through the neighborhood and visit the shops. We hope they keep coming back to their familiar house at the beach...and hope you come too:)

  I cannot express how much we enjoyed our vacation at "Answered Prayer". We booked our vacation back in the winter, hoping that our college - aged daughters would be able to spend a week with us before summer jobs got in the way. The owners were very accomodating - and were able to work with us on our arrival and departure dates. Our daughters loved the spaciousness of the home and the fact that they each had their own bathroom! It was so relaxing, and the bikes were an added bonus! We recommend riding to Alys Beach to the donut truck from Wednesday to Sunday.:) The pool area was absolutely beautiful, and the walk to the beach was not bad at all, but if you choose not to walk, you can find a ride on one of the golf carts as they drive by quite frequently. The drivers are very friendly as well. We definitely want to visit again!

  Three families, consisting of five adults and five teenagers. There was more than enough room for everyone. The bikes were fun for adults and teenagers alike! The air worked amazing on our stay. The pool is just a few blocks from the house and the beach is just a few more blocks from pool. Not a bad walk at all! But there is a tram that can take ya to both and pick you up. This house has amazing porches on all three levels. The kitchen was ajoy to cook in. There are cute shops all within walking distance. What i really loved about the house is that its location is between pcb and destin! We went to peir park almost everyday and destin twice during our stay. The beaches were clear! Beautiful white sand, blue clear amazing water! Definitely be back next year!

  My family and I had a wonderful vacation this year at the Answered Prayer. Great place for Adults, teenagers and kids. Everyone had plenty of space. The savings made on having the bikes provided was great. My parents had a great time and will always remember the time spent at the Answered Prayer with friends and their grandkids. Plenty of variety in the community for all ages to keep busy or just spending a lazy day by the pool with a good book. We will definitely make plans to return! Thank you Lorri for all your assistance during the stay.

  We shared this house with 2 other families.....We had the best time, the house was great, the location was perfect...We loved the Seacrest community....our kids enjoyed biking around the neighborhood on the bikes that you can use at the house...they also loved the pool....We usually rent a place in Panama City, but we are past that kind of atmosphere....we were even surprised that the 5 teenagers we had didn't even miss Pc Beach....I would highly recommend Answered prayer beach house....

  We husband and I traveled with my sister and her husband, and my daughter and her husband too. We were so sad to leave this fabulous location! Answered Prayer was such a great, comfortable and inviting home. This is our 5th time coming to this area, and this vacation was the VERY BEST ONE OF ALL :) Thank you for sharing your home with us and for working with us to actually get this vacation in this year. It was perfect, the weather was the best we have ever had! Perfect everyday. May is a Great time to come here. We all had the best time ever!

  We had a fantastic vacation that was much needed! Lorri was so sweet and helpful through the whole experience. No complaints from our family :)) The home was well stocked including beach chairs, toys, and 4 full size bikes. The beds were comfortable and we so enjoyed the porches. The neighborhood was nice and the kids loved the pool! We biked to Rosemary every evening for the magical experience only Rosemary can offer at night. Well stocked for a baby/toddler with pack n play, sunshade, and portable booster. Thank you again Lorri for everything!!

  We were thrilled upon arrival to find everything just as it had been described to us! This home is well maintained and everything was exceptionally clean and ready for our stay! We enjoyed the bikes that were provided and the short walk to the beach was wonderful! Quiet neighborhood, which was great for relaxing! ...beautiful place to stay!

  The house was very dirty when we arrived. We had to call the cleaning crew 3 times after check in. The lady in charge wasn't very nice about any of our issues. Apparently she had a different story with the owner. There wasn't enough linens,pillows and no blankets. We had several towels that were not clean. The dishwasher wasn't bolted in place, disposal kept going off, iron was broken. There were dirty dishes,blender, just to name a few things.The upstairs loft area has no air, the pullout sofa is there, so that is included in your bedding count.Cleaning crew or owner didn't seem very concerned with any issues we had. We rent every Spring & Summer in this development, house would have been great if we didn't have all the issues we had. The area has great resturants, great place to ride bikes and the kids love the Sugar Shak.

  Owner response: We have replaced our cleaning service. Our former cleaning lady lost her husband and I kept her a little longer to help her out. When her son took over the cleaning we did have a few complaints so I stopped using them. Only one of the 3 ladies that stayed that week was very particular. Our cleaning lady did respond after being called at 11 pm and again Easter morning. The other guest called to apologize to me and thought the house was great. Any linens missing were brought over right away and towels replaced. We are very concerned about our guests, and have so many positive comments.
