Take a short 8 minute walk to the beach along the palm-lined boulevard or take the free beach trolley which picks you up in front of the house and takes you to the beach access. Afterwards, cool off in our incredible 12,000 square foot, lagoon-style community pool which is a 4 minute walk from pool to house. Stroll to nearby Rosemary Beach for unique restaurants and shopping. Seaside and Tom Fazio’s Camp Creek Golf Course are a short drive. Destin and Panama City offer great entertainment not far from this home.
This spacious Cottage Home features 10 foot ceilings on the first floor and over 1900 square feet. Answered Prayer can sleep up to eleven. NEW: 4 brand new cruiser beach bikes for your use, save over $240 in bike rental fees! Wireless internet usually available! No local phone since everyone uses their cell phones!

White wood king-size bed, second floor, TV/DVD/VCR in the white armoire with drawers, extra white dresser, private large full bath with whirlpool tub, separate shower, and french doors to covered wrap-around porch with a porch swing glider.
* Third Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed with surfer quilts for a couple or a great hangout for the kids, TV/DVD/VCR in red armoire with shelves, bean bag chair, connecting full bathroom, french doors to covered wrap around porch. Portable Pack and Play bed for an infant or toddler.
* Living Room: Comfortable gathering place after a day at the beach. Queen sleeper sofa, love seat, easy chair with ottoman, white shuttered entertainment center with TV/DVD/VCR, CD stereo, french doors to covered wrap-around porch with 2 rocking chairs and 2 adirondak chairs and table. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all on the first floor (ground floor).
