Take a short 8 minute walk to the beach along the palm-lined boulevard or take the free beach trolley which picks you up in front of the house and takes you to the beach access. Afterwards, cool off in our incredible 12,000 square foot, lagoon-style community pool which is a 4 minute walk from pool to house. Stroll to nearby Rosemary Beach for unique restaurants and shopping. Seaside and Tom Fazio’s Camp Creek Golf Course are a short drive. Destin and Panama City offer great entertainment not far from this home.
This spacious Cottage Home features 10 foot ceilings on the first floor and over 1900 square feet. Answered Prayer can sleep up to eleven. NEW: 4 brand new cruiser beach bikes for your use, save over $240 in bike rental fees! Wireless internet available nearby! No local phone since everyone uses their cell phones!
* First Floor Guest Room: Large room luxury with first floor convenience. Yellow wood king-size bed, TV/DVD/VCR in the yellow armoire with drawers, and full bathroom connected to the bedroom.
* Master Suite: You’ll feel spoiled in this retreat within a retreat. White wood king-size bed, second floor, TV/DVD/VCR in the white armoire with drawers, extra white dresser, private large full bath with whirlpool tub, separate shower, and french doors to covered wrap-around porch with a porch swing glider.
* Third Bedroom: Twin-over-full bunk bed with surfer quilts for a couple or a great hangout for the kids, TV/DVD/VCR in red armoire with shelves, bean bag chair, connecting full bathroom, french doors to covered wrap around porch. Portable Pack and Play bed for an infant or toddler.
* Living Room: Comfortable gathering place after a day at the beach. Queen sleeper sofa, love seat, easy chair with ottoman, white shuttered entertainment center with TV/DVD/VCR, CD stereo, french doors to covered wrap-around porch with 2 rocking chairs and 2 adirondak chairs and table. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all on the first floor (ground floor).

My family and I had a wonderful vacation this year at the Answered Prayer. Great place for Adults, teenagers and kids. Everyone had plenty of space. The savings made on having the bikes provided was great. My parents had a great time and will always remember the time spent at the Answered Prayer with friends and their grandkids. Plenty of variety in the community for all ages to keep busy or just spending a lazy day by the pool with a good book. We will definitely make plans to return! Thank you Lorri for all your assistance during the stay.

We shared this house with 2 other families.....We had the best time, the house was great, the location was perfect...We loved the Seacrest community....our kids enjoyed biking around the neighborhood on the bikes that you can use at the house...they also loved the pool....We usually rent a place in Panama City, but we are past that kind of atmosphere....we were even surprised that the 5 teenagers we had didn't even miss Pc Beach....I would highly recommend Answered prayer beach house....

We husband and I traveled with my sister and her husband, and my daughter and her husband too. We were so sad to leave this fabulous location! Answered Prayer was such a great, comfortable and inviting home. This is our 5th time coming to this area, and this vacation was the VERY BEST ONE OF ALL :) Thank you for sharing your home with us and for working with us to actually get this vacation in this year. It was perfect, the weather was the best we have ever had! Perfect everyday. May is a Great time to come here. We all had the best time ever!

We had a fantastic vacation that was much needed! Lorri was so sweet and helpful through the whole experience. No complaints from our family :)) The home was well stocked including beach chairs, toys, and 4 full size bikes. The beds were comfortable and we so enjoyed the porches. The neighborhood was nice and the kids loved the pool! We biked to Rosemary every evening for the magical experience only Rosemary can offer at night. Well stocked for a baby/toddler with pack n play, sunshade, and portable booster. Thank you again Lorri for everything!!

We were thrilled upon arrival to find everything just as it had been described to us! This home is well maintained and everything was exceptionally clean and ready for our stay! We enjoyed the bikes that were provided and the short walk to the beach was wonderful! Quiet neighborhood, which was great for relaxing! ...beautiful place to stay!

The house was very dirty when we arrived. We had to call the cleaning crew 3 times after check in. The lady in charge wasn't very nice about any of our issues. Apparently she had a different story with the owner. There wasn't enough linens,pillows and no blankets. We had several towels that were not clean. The dishwasher wasn't bolted in place, disposal kept going off, iron was broken. There were dirty dishes,blender, just to name a few things.The upstairs loft area has no air, the pullout sofa is there, so that is included in your bedding count.Cleaning crew or owner didn't seem very concerned with any issues we had. We rent every Spring & Summer in this development, house would have been great if we didn't have all the issues we had. The area has great resturants, great place to ride bikes and the kids love the Sugar Shak.
Owner response:We have replaced our cleaning service. Our former cleaning lady lost her husband and I kept her a little longer to help her out. When her son took over the cleaning we did have a few complaints so I stopped using them. Only one of the 3 ladies that stayed that week was very particular. Our cleaning lady did respond after being called at 11 pm and again Easter morning. The other guest called to apologize to me and thought the house was great. Any linens missing were brought over right away and towels replaced. We are very concerned about our guests, and have so many positive comments.

We loved our vacation at Answered Prayer. We had 2 families, total of 4 Adults and 7 kids. It was the perfect fit!!! We enjoyed the beach as well as the lagoon pool. We are already planning our next year's vacation at Answered Prayer.

What a fabulous vacation home! We didn't want to leave. The pool was wonderful, riding bikes everywhere was so much fun for the entire family. The beach was just a short bike ride from the cottage. "Answered Prayer" was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable family vacation!!

We had a terrific week at Answered Prayer in mid-July 2005 (about a week after Hurricane Dennis, which caused no damage to the area or homes except for loss of some beach walkovers and erosion -- all of which were already being improved). There were 6 of us -- my wife and I, our two young kids, and her parents. The house was perfect for a mixed group of that size. Answered Prayer itself is lovely, clean, quiet and equipped with every amenity you need; the neighborhood is terrific with a very short walk to a pool that is better than any on the FL Panhandle; and it's a short walk to the beach -- and we were using the Rosemary Beach walkover instead of Seacrest Beach's. If you bring a bike, you're even better off. We're already planning our return visit.

Answered Prayer was a beautiful, very comfortable, well-outfitted home that exceeded all our expectations. The furnishings, carpeting, wrap-around wood porches on the first and second levels, view of the ocean from the third level porch, etc, etc, were all awesome. The huge pool in the subdivision was a real treat. The beach was excellent and uncrowded, and the golf cart access from our front door was great. We came away from our week there totally relaxed and refreshed! To top it all off, the owners were a delight to work with. We will definitely be back!
