  Very nice, clean home. The owner was very friendly when we contacted him about renting the property. Very nice gentleman!

  Beautiful place. Loved being able to watch the waves as we ate our meals and lounged about in the warmth of this nicely appointed condo. The only sad thing was the fireplace in the master bedroom doesn't work.

  The apartment is absolutely great. It is very well maintained, very clean has a great view and good location - right on the beach. It is extremely well stocked - we were continually pleasantly surprised at how the apartment had almost all the things that we needed - it was like this treasure chest! The rooms and bathrooms were top notch too!

  We absolutely loved our stay!!! The view was amazing! Spectacular view from living room and master bedroom! It was a bit chilly and we still opened the living room window's a bit to hear the ocean, it was very relaxing. Our whole family really enjoyed there stay. There were enough room's, bathroom's, it was very spacious. I dont think we lacked anything but more time to stay and enjoy the view. We loved that it was minutes from shops and restaurants everything within walking distance. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone wanting to get away and relax.

  We really enjoyed our stay. Our time there happended to be through a tremendous fall storm, so we just hunkered down, turned on the fireplace and watched the storm pass through until we could get out and explore the town. The space worked well for our family, I brought my mother and adult daughters, everyone had their own space and bathroom. The kitchen is nicely equiped and we had everything we needed. The location is walkable to all the favorite Seaside attractions. I would stay here again and would recommend to any of my friends or family.

  The views from the living room and master bedroom were incredible. We had a wonderful stay, only minutes to all of the shopping and restaurants on main street. We loved having 3 full bathrooms, we could all get up and get ready at the same time, no waiting or delays. The balcony was nice for sitting and watching the sun go down, not large enough for much more. The master is unbelievably large with the most fantastic views. We liked the private parking lot, no worries about were to park. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We would definitely will come again.

  My family just returned from Seaside and we rented this condo from 9/23-9/29/2012. It was occupied by 6 adults. The good: great location, amazing views, very spacious condo. The not so good: owner failed to email the correct gate code and we had to be let in by a neighbor. The condo had so much potential but the little annoyances overshadowed the good. The front door is missing part of it's threshold and has a big gap at at the bottom of the front door. The tub enclosure in the 2nd master needs to be replaced. We were only able to slide the left side of the door when entering the tub. The toilet in the hall bath constantly needs resetting (jiggle the handle or the tank won't stop filling), the entire condo is in need of a deep, thorough cleaning. The bedrooms were dusty, the window shades were disgusting, the carpet throughout the condo has many stains and needs to be professionally cleaned. The kitchen while stocked lacked some basics--steak knives and wine glasses on short supply. The kitchen only had 4 small wine glasses and all six of us enjoyed drinking wine. Like I said, the condo has so much potential but all the small maintenance and cleaning issues over shadowed the positives. It kills me to pay a premium for a unit which includes a cleaning fee and not get my money's worth. I suspect it has been months since the owner has been to his unit to see it w/his own eyes.

  Owner response: The reviewer is correct that there are a lot of little things that may annoy a very picky visitor. We do a deep cleaning 2x per year, once in April to prepare for the summer traffic and again in October at the conclusion of summer. This includes professionally cleaning the carpets. We are constantly trying to keep the kitchen stocked as items go missing. These are very minor issues that occur from rental use, but to have a 4th floor 2000 square foot unit overlooking the beach on the boardwalk certainly offsets these concerns.

  Myself and 3 women recently stayed at this perfectly located condo. It was clean, very comfortable, with lots of kitchen stock--we prepared and served dinner for 10 women each night! GORGEOUS views, comfortable beds. Lovely layout of rooms. DEFINITELY need a bbq on the patio, otherwise PERFECT!

  the condo was nice - great location and the views were fabulous, however, the condition it was in was horribly disgusting. Dirty towels, socks on the floor, etc. It was annoying considering we paid a cleaning fee. Overall, the experience was nice but it put a damper in the vacation since we had to clean the condo ourselves.

  Owner response: I have a house keeper who cleans for 5 hours after each guest leaves. I spoke to the house keeper and she stated that the unit was cleaned and in excellent condition when she left. I have no explanation for what the guests are describing. Read the other reviews, this has never happened.

  Our group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids aged 17-11) stayed her for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The condo was very spacious,couldnt ask for a better location and the views from the balcony were awsome. Our only complaint was that the ad listed a "queen sleep sofa/futon" and the couch that was there did not pull out into a bed. Was not a huge deal since it was just going to be used for the kids and there was plenty of extra bedding and sleeping bags in the master closet that we were able to make a bed on the floor instead. Also the door from master bedroom onto balcony was broke so you had to walk around and use main door....again not a huge deal. We found there to be plenty of towels,linens and cooking utensils. Place was clean and very comfortable. We all wished we would have booked a longer stay. Definately would stay here again!
