This Florida Vacation Rental can comfortably accommodate up to five people. There is a large back yard fenced in with great exposure to catch up on your sun tanning. You will have parking for up to two cars in your private driveway so bring some friends or other family members to stay with you.
Other on site amenities include, cable TV with VCR, Stereo with CD player, A/C, your very own fully equipped Private covered patio off the kitchen area, LP gas barbecue, plus an additional uncovered sitting area with table and chairs, washer & dryer and local phone service.

Confirming Reservations require a 50 % down payment plus the appropriate deposit
Normal weeks and months run from Saturday to Saturday
Check-in: after 4:00 PM and Check outs by 11:00 AM
Security Deposit: $250/week and $500/month, due in advance
