This place was great, location Shops,Malls, Disney,Universal within 20 mins .It exceeded our expectations the condo was modern fully equipped,spotless ,Freshly decorated ,very comfortable spacious accomodation .Clubhouse ,swimming pool for a relaxing lazy days after visiting the parks,Kissimmee Main St Old Town Restaurants 5 mins away plenty off choice for eating out .We will definitely be back to stay here again more than all the comforts off home . WOW !! This place is great. Wonderful villa. It was clean and well stocked. It really made the trip relaxed. We had all the comforts of home, no hall way noise, and felt completely safe. Wished we had more time. If you ever go with children the location is perfect,the playground is just across the street. Information says it is 6 miles from Maingate but it does not seem that far. The location was really close to EVERYTHING. I would recommend this to EVERYONE. Owner (Tom) is very easy to work with. Thanks Tom for an enjoyable stay

Love how close it was to everything. Local stores, attractions and love that the pool was just across from the condo. Will recomend to family that come every time to Florida. Thanks so much!!!

Great location! Close to everything; Airport, Disney, Universal, dining, shopping. The condo was very well maintained. Right across from the pool, playground, tennis court and grill. Some friends of mine were staying on the same property in a different condo and wished they had gone through Tom. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you Tom for a great place to stay. Very Very happy.

Thanks for letting us use your condo. I exceeded our expectations. We choose Sweetwater because we had friends who were staying there. Your condo was much nicer than theirs. We liked the proximaty to the clubhouse and pool as well as how convenient it was to get to shops and restaurants.

We had a great time.Condo was excellent-everything we had hoped for.Location was great-easy to get to everything,well equipped,and very comfortable.We would definitely recommend your condo to friends,or if ever coming to Florida again,we will contact you.We enjoyed the pool/hot tub as well. The condo at Sweetwater Club that 2 of us stayed at for 2 weeks is beautiful and bountiful with items needed. The owner takes great care of this condo. We could not have done better! We would stay there again if ever in that area.

The condo was very spacious and most convenient. Weather was a little cool so we did not get to enjoy the pool but had a wonderful time. If we ever get back to that area, I will definitely stay there again.

Thanks for letting use your condo and townhouse. We attended a convention and had several of our associates stay at your 2 properties. We liked the cleanliness, ease of booking and check in/out, and location. The large living area allowed us to meet at nights. The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. The free high speed internet service was nice as several of us were logged on at the same time.

The condo was fabulous! We did not have 1 problem during our stay. It was so close to Disney, shopping, food...We are out, shopped and made it to and from Disney parks each day of the week. Our kids had plenty of room to play when we were home. The closets in the MBR and BR with the twin beds were fantastic! Everyone had enough space for storing luggage, clothes, whatever without walking over things or stuffing drawers, very nice feature. The clubhouse and playground being right accross the street was fantastic. Parking was great! That made loading and unloading soooo easy! You were great to work with during the rental process and I appreciate you following up. I was going to write to you this evening and was pleasantly surprised to see you were following up with me before I even had a chance. You have been a delight to work with. We hope to rent from you in the future. I will definately pass your contact info along to friends and family who are looking to rent in the Kissimee/Orlando area.

The villa was very clean and well equipped. The living room was very spacious and 2 of 3 rooms had walk-in closets which was perfect for all the shopping we did. Too bad we were too busy to visit the pool across the street but it was nice to know that it was only 2 minutes away if we needed it. It was also very convenient to all the theme parks and shopping areas. It was pretty much 10 minutes to everywhere we wanted to be.

We had a great time and didn't want to go home. The villa was clean and tidy when we arrived and we had no problems. Sweetwater Club is convenient and close to the 192 which we like as this is not our first time at Sweetwater Club. We had a lovely holiday.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of six. Prior to making the reservation, I had struggled with staying at a Disney resort for the "true experience" and I am now very happy with our decision to stay at the condo. It was a simple drive to and from Disney and felt like we were coming "home" instead of going to a hotel when the long day was through. The condo itself was perfect for our needs and I feel it was a good bargain.

Thanks for offering the condo. The location was great. Four of us attended a conference at the Orlando Convention Center and we really enjoyed your place. It was clean and had everything we needed. The free internet was nice to have as we conducted business at the end of the day. The process to reserve the property and to check in was very simple.

We stayed over the Christmas break and really enjoyed our stay. Your condo was perfect. It was clean and well equipped. The location was great. We went to Disney as well as short trips to Cocoa Beach and Cape Kennedy. It sure beat staying in a hotel despite not being any more expensive that a hotel.

We enjoyed our holiday staying at Sweetwater #7 for 3 weeks. Not only a very good location in the Sweetwater Club across the clubhouse and pool, but also the location of the club 300 yards off the 192 highway suited us to a “T”. Right in the middle of the “action”, yet away from the hustle and bustle. Easy to get at and quiet.We particularly liked the large shower, the walk-in closets and all the storage space in the numerous dressers.I also enjoyed your professionalism in dealing with you Tom. Thanks for the phone call at the middle of our stay asking if everything was all right. Would we rent your condo again? Absolutely.

We had a good time in Orlando. There were four of us, so size and two baths were just right. I love the location for activities in the Orlando-Lake Buena Vista-Kissimmee area. We really appreciated and used the wireless access point (D-Link) that was provided. We had three people on simultaneously evenings and mornings. A real plus for most travelers these days. We would contact you again for future Orlando housing needs. Your location, pricepoint, and quality unit is a good fit for our group. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Thank you for the use of your condo. We enjoyed it very much. The kids enjoyed the pool and playground and after, when it was just the guys it worked out well for us as well. The check in and check out process was easy and the Magical Memories people were friendly. When we were there they were beginning to paint the outside of some of the units which will certainly improve the appearance of the property as a whole. That doesn't mean we thought it was bad but the updates will be nice. We have some friends here that might be going down and they asked us for pictures and thoughts, and we felt very comfortable recommending your condo. We will surely keep you in mind when we return in the future. We almost always go down that week for the PGA show and will look you up when we do

We enjoyed staying at your condo. The location was only 8 miles/15 minutes from the Silver Spurs Arena[which was most important to us]and close to some shopping/restaurants. We will refer your site to friends as a possible place to stay. The ladies at Magic Memories were great to deal with. We also like being close to HWY 535 which makes it easy to go to Downtown Disney and shopping at the Premium Outlet Mall.

I just wanted to let you know that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sweetwater Club. The Sweetwater Club association is rather small, with a nice mix of short- term, long-term, and permanent residents. The location was great! Your unit was nicely appointed and comfortable. The three bedrooms worked very well for us and my elderly in-laws. The location, across from the clubhouse, was especially nice for my father-in-law who utilized the hot tub almost daily. If we return to Kissimmee in the future we will definitely try to rent your unit!

We truly enjoyed our stay in the condo. The Magic Memories office attendant who gave us the key to the condo was very pleasant and helpful. The condo itself was impeccably clean and conveniently located to the theme parks and area shopping. This was our first condo rental in Florida, and it was a great experience for me and my family.

The vacation in Florida was very good...we had great weather almost everyday and hit all the places we had intended to. The unit was very nice...we did not have any complaints. Sweetwater club is quite nice with the pool and jacuzzi area also. We would definitely rent from you again. If we have any friends heading your way over the next year, we will make sure they have your contact info.
