Boa tarde, Estive em Paraty com mais um casal de amigos e alugamos um dos flats neste imóvel mas tambem tinham outras pessoas ao lado e embaixo. Todos os flats são de frente para o mar de Jabaquara, basta atravessar a rua e pisar na areia. Deixamos o carro na pousada e fomos a pé para o centro histórico (15 min) mas tem uma subidinha que nao recomendo para pessoas idosas. De carro são apenas 03min. AS acomodações são novinhas assim como todos os itens incluidos (fogão, geladeira,....). Quero voltar na FLIP e sem duvida entrarei em contato.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.
