  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We drove over from Montana for Spring Break along with my mom and 4 kids. The apartment was a great find, with a very central location and amazing city views! While the carpeting could do with serious maintenance, we were very pleased with our accommodations. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. The staff at Sea to Sky were amazing! We arrived after a long drive on Easter Sunday and our kids were delighted to find an Easter Egg hunt ready for them in the apartment. I sent a box of candy filled eggs a week ahead of time and the staff was very accommodating in arranging for them to be "hidden" for the kids arrival. We also forgot our parking tags one night and the staff was quick to take care of the resulting parking ticket for us. Overall, we found the neighborhood very safe and clean, the Tower residents super friendly and the French Bakery downstairs was to die for! We will defiantly stay again on our next trip to Seattle. Will never book a hotel in town again. It was wonderful! Manager responded on 4/15/2013: Thank you for your review! Better view than going up the $20 Space needle. 5 minutes walk to the Space Needle, 15-20 minutes walk to Pikes Market. Great Location. Great Decor. All the amenities. Should have grilled the agency about the details. Also, the pool was being resurfaced (no prior disclosure).

Everything was as described, it was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go including the space needle, fish market, etc. Plenty of room for everyone with all the comforts of home.   The penthouse was exactly as described and pictured. No surprises. Excellent in all regards: location, condition and cleanliness,availability and responsiveness of staff. We highly recommend the penthouse and have adopted it as our "Seattle home." We enjoyed our brief exchanges with very friendly permanent residents and their amazingly well-behaved and beautiful dogs. We loved the gathering room with it's pool table and comfortable spaces. Our relatively small family enjoyed a six day reunion in January. Sight-seeing and city-viewing (from big windows on the 27th floor) was superb. When a cloud descended and we were enveloped in fog, our appreciation for the city lights was enhanced once they reappeared. There were some unusually thoughtful touches: first aid kits in the medicine cabinets, laundry detergent on hand, and even earplugs. The beds were very comfortable with one caveat: The overstuffed pillows were chosen for their looks and not comfort. But a heads up from the agent prepared us to bring our own soft pillows. Had we flown to Seattle, I'd be prepared to buy them. (I realize this is highly personal.) The gas fireplace seemed to be adjusted permanently to conservation mode with a barely-visible flame but the room temperature was perfect. We missed the ambiance of a roaring fire on those cold January evenings. We sent a fireplace DVD for the penthouse but in case it isn't made part of the accouterments, I'd take my own or order one from Amazon. The furnishings are modern (not cheap) and they enhanced the architecture of a smart city apartment. The presence of extension cords were a bit at odds with the edginess factor but they powered cable boxes and DVD players, which were awfully nice to have. Confirm Your Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 7 out of Alaska for much needed reprieve! Overall great location, wonderful view and comfortable amenities. Something for everyone with 5 children between the ages of 20 and 6. Didnt need to rent a van-we walked everywhere, all week; the piers, Westlake Center, Space Needle, groceries, (Whole Foods groceries is amazing and only 1/2 mile away!) and the cinema offerred the Hobbit in 3D. Morning coffees & pastries are right across the street. Billiards room and pool were a nice bonus after fun days out and about. Easy for our local family to find and come visit. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and great views. Apartment was well supplied and information accurate. My hesitation to fully recommend this is based on the following: carpets need cleaning - dirty spots which gave appearance that apt not well maintained. Also the apartment is older and remodeled, but not well done. The decor is cheap and beds not as comfortable as one would like. Caution - bath tubs very slippery. That must be addressed. While I can't speak to your opinion of the remodel or decor, I can address the carpets and the slippery bathtubs. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The centennial tower penthouse was an absolutely fantastic place to stay for our recent family vacation. Everyone had their own space (and bathroom) with plenty of privacy, but the gorgeous common area made it easy to interact while relaxing. The incredible views made us feel like we were doing a cool Seattle "activity" just by sitting on the couch. Overall, a really wonderful place to stay. My only irritation was with the rental company during the booking process. I saw the unit advertised for a certain price and checked with my group to confirm that we wanted the unit. They all agreed; however the next day when I when to book the apartment the price had increased. I called the rental company to see if they could do anything about the sudden price jump and they were inflexible and rude. I was excited enough about the property to book anyway but this definitely soured my experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super location, walk to Pike Market takes 15 min. Loved the views, community feel. Bistros and french pastry shop just outside the door and Space Needle 3 blocks away. Definitely would stay here again. Only drawback that it is near a fire station and sirens could be heard at all hours, but 's the city.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location of the condo and the amazing views you can see from every window. There were only a few minor things in the condo that merited a four out of five on some items such as the heat in the hallway of the building was blazing hot and carpets could be updated. We enjoyed having the bedrooms separated the way they were since we were traveling with two families. This condo is totally ideal for families traveling together with small children. Overall management was really attentive to our needs and questions. We would stay there again to experience the views!

The location was convenient and the staff was attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay there again and can recommend it without qualification. The view is spectacular. A small matter but a very nice husband uses a french press coffee pot at home and asked if the apartment had one. The answer was no but when we arrived a new french press was waiting for us along with a pound of excellent coffee. A very welcoming touch.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You often read that the rental property pictures don't do the place justice. Well, I'm going to say it again. With gusto! The views from the balcony, or just sitting anywhere (almost) are nothing short of spectacular. Granted, we had some of the best winter weather all year (you could see Mount St. Helens) but even so. "The lights from the buildings are like jewels hanging in the sky" my wife said one night as we sipped adult beverages while eating appetizers. Those appetizers, I might add, were bought from the Italian Deli at Pike Market. Location of the property was super; you could get anywhere easily. We took buses to Capitol Hill for meals, and the Ferry to Bainbridge Island. By the way, the Seattle skyline on the return was also amazing; we got back as the sun was setting. The kitchen was well equipped, the decor nicely done and Brian, the gentleman that handled our reservation was professional and very helpful. There was only one slight fault, and that the fire in the gas fireplace was so anemic as to be nearly non-existant. A quick fix for sure. We hope to be able to return some day and would highly recommend anyone staying there. Worth the money!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My co-workers and I stayed in this beautiful apartment when we attended a conference in Seattle. Most vacation rentals are smaller than they appear in pictures, but this place was a lot bigger than we thought! Each of us had our own separate space, with Three generous bedrooms and three bathrooms we were never in each other's way. The location is perfect for exploring the city and there are many great restaurants on that same street. All instructions given to us for the apartment were very thorough and correct. We did not even have to contact the management office as everything was taken cared of prior to our arrival. The decor is very beautiful yet homey. We thoroughly enjoyed this home away from home and hope to be stay in this vacation rental again!

The apartment was in pristine condition, and the management company was not only attentive, but really nice. We had 8 women, and it was a bit tight. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled to Seattle for our son's wedding. View is unbelievable, with a balcony that wraps around the condo. The location is great, and the condo was roomy enough for 7 people to stay and have room to be together or on their own. The staff was excellent. We did not request the bed in the third bedroom to be made into a king bed in the original request, but sent an email with the request later. When we showed up the room was not set up as requested. We called, and someone quickly showed up and fixed the beds without any problems. We highly recommend this condo as well as the Sea to Sky Agency. We would definately stay here again.

The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on a Saturday. We were told there would be a parking pass and movies there; they had been forgotten. This caused an inconvenience for what to do with our car. The movies were simply a disappointment, since we expected them. We finally got a few movies, but not all we had requested. If all that are requested are not available, then say so when you offer them! The biggest problem was in not being able to reach someone upon our arrival. There needs to be a contact available no matter what time a person arrives. Because we didn't have a parking pass, this was a problem for us. One final wife and I chose the BR separate from the others for privacy. Problem was, there was no lock on the door! This is an issue to address. One should be able to stand in front of their mirror/sink without worrying someone will walk in on him/her. It goes w/o saying what that does to the privacy of the bedroom. A simple locking doorknob will solve that issue. Last matter...I completely disagree with charging guests a damage waiver insurance policy. If someone breaks something, charge them. I should not have to pay for a policy with no option. I would have gladly given you a deposit that was returned afterward; you had my credit card to begin with. That is enough. Being a resort owner, I'm completely aware of the reasons you might do this; your reasons aren't good enough. The place is plenty nice enough that you don't have to worry about minor breaks/damage. If it occurs, then address it. After paying $150 cleaning fee on top of my already very high rent, it was an insult to pay another fee 'just in case' something was broken. Give this some thought. All in all, a great place. Fantastic views, nice decor/furnishings. Well done.

(and an AWESOME location) First class property... 7 of us stayed here in May for a friend's wedding and it was fantastic. Location is ideal. A short walk to Seattle Center. A little further to Pike Place Market, but still very walkable. The view of the city is spectacular. Very well equipped condo...they've thought of almost everything. We dined out in the evenings, but cooked breakfast each morning in the very functional kitchen. After staying here, I would never opt for a hotel if I was travelling with a group.
