The property is located, on the 11th Hole of the Link Golf Course, on one acre lot, very secluded. The private Sandestin Resort Beach is 1 minute away by car - as is Choctawhatchee Bay.

The home features brand new outdoor cooking area, with fantastic stainless stell gas grill, brand new outdoor seating area,exquisite furnishing, large, beautiful bathrooms. All rooms feature outstanding elegant or very modern lighting fixtures . Master bath features 2 rooms with marble vanities, sunken tub with marble and italian mosaic, rain shower. Midbath is completely renovated with a Jacuzzi whirlpool and elegant tiling/mosaic in spacious surrounding.

Gourmet equipped large kitchen offers a bar- perfect for entertaining. Formal living room with golden-mirrored wall, formal dining room with crystal chandelier, family room, breakfast area, artists paintings and originals throughout the mansion.

This home/mansion is best enjoyed by adults and children 16 years and older. Please bring your pets, even large dogs are welcome. Owner must be advised, though.

There are three designer decorated large bedrooms in the "family wing": Maritime room - two queens (futons); Palm room - one queen; Wicker room - two twins. Pool bath is spacious for its purpose and exits to private and large terrace, great for entertaining. Midbath -joining the Wicker room and the Palm Room - is completely renovated and features a wonderfully relaxing Jacuzzi whirlpool, beautiful tiling and artsy decoration.

In a mediterranean setting lounge chairs and outdoor furniture are provided. Elegant settings mix with beachy atmosphere. Magnificent views from master, family, formal living/dining, kitchen, and breakfast area. Mini-office with color-fax, modem-line, phones, and color-copier.

Huge den and tons of storage space. Master suite is located on opposite site of other three bedrooms. Master suite/master baths feature four rooms! Complete privacy in elegant, spacious, relaxing and entertaining setting!
