Fabulous Mid Century Modern Neighborhood. Designed in 1963 by Architects Palmer & Kriesel, this one level condo features an Open Floor plan with 1800sq ft of modern living space. Large private patio, beautiful and expansive green space with lots of mature palms.
Master Suite with King Bed, private sitting area wonderful bathroom and sliding doors out to the patio, two huge closets and built in dressers, The 2nd bedroom with King Bed (master suite size) walk in closet,. large desk with lanai for lots of natural light. 3rd Queen bed in Den Couch with fantastic top of the line matress, luxury bedding, very comfortable furniture; always a must for us. Flat screen TV with cable in both bedrooms. The den has a large flat screen TV.
You will find everything you need here, complete kitchen, 3 TV's, washer & dryer, lots of closets, patio overlooking greenbelt, heated pool and hot tub. This is a quiet and very convenient location.
Near Smoke Tree Center (Ralphs) Koffi (great local coffee), Indian Canyon Golf Course beautiful, great hiking trails, biking routes and 6 minutes to downtown Palm Springs.
The Mountain Views are fabulous.

We recently painted and redecorate, all the furniture is new and
very comfortable. We have purchase most of our art from one of our favorite Artists in Portland Or. It is colorful and fun.
