Our group of four adults and four kids stayed at this rental in June and had a great experience. There was plenty of space for everyone. The only thing upstairs is the loft and a bathroom - but the spiral staircase would be difficult for someone with mobility issues. The walk to the beach was short and safe enough for us to send kids unaccompanied by an adult. The beach was very nice and so were the pools in the complex. Invest in a beach umbrella if you plan to go to the beach several days. The villa is located with fairly easy access to both Destin and Panama City (45 minutes). Our kids loved Big Kahuna water park. If you need an indoor activity one day, the kids also liked Wonder Works in Panama City - a hands-on kid-oriented science museum. Altogether a great vacation!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
