Fun, Fun and More Fun!!! Ski in / Ski Out - 2BR/2BA. New Ice Maker!!

Our unit was completely redecorated last year with new tile floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen, a new couch with a queen sleeper and love seat, and new plush mattresses in both bedrooms. We recently purchased a countertop ice machine--it makes ice in 10 minutes! The unit also has 2 new flat screen TVs with DVD players. There is a printer in the unit for your use. The second bedroom has a Murphy bed (as you can see in the pictures). With the movable wall it closes off into a private bedroom with it's own bath with shower.
One of the things I like about staying at Copper One is it has covered heated parking under the building--no digging your car out at the end of the week. Things I like about the location of the condo, Copper One, is we are located in Center Village right in the mix of all the shops and restaurants. The best thing of all is in the morning there is no rush! You are right on the mountain--just a few steps to the lifts. At lunch, there's nothing better than dining in the condo with your boots off. After skiing all day, it is enjoyable to have apres-ski on the patio watching all the skiers coming in for the day. Then it off to the sauna, hot tub and a workout located on the second floor. Washers, driers, and ice machines are located strategically in the building.
You can't beat the location, comfort and fun you'll have on Copper Mountain! We just love it here!

This condo was very clean and picture perfect! It is located directly on the slopes with underground garage parking and a ski locker on the first floor. There are many different restaurants, bars and stores right outside your door. The ease of not having to lug around ski equipment and being able to walk outside to restaurants without driving after a day of skiing was priceless. I would highly recommend staying at this Copper One location.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We loved this condo (very comfortable with upgraded furnishings, granite countertops, big bathrooms, everything you need in the kitchen) and the location was outstanding. You could watch skiers come down the mountain and the half-pipe right from your balcony. If you don't ski, you still feel like you are in the middle of everything because you are! Restaurants and Jack's Bar (very fun place with live music) are right outside the door! We would stay here again. Also, Copper Mountain is my favorite ski destination so far. It is big enough, yet small enough, and the ski mountain is laid out perfectly, with greens on the right, blues in the middle and blacks on the left side. Don't miss the Tubing at East Village (for ALL ages). We had a group of 13 people ranging in age from 10 to 50 and it was such a BLAST :-)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We just returned from our annual family ski vacation to Copper Mountain. A large part of the success of our trip was our choice of accommodations. In addition to the wonderful village central, slope side location and post card views, we found the open floor-plan and comfortable furnishings of this condo second to none. Our days would start with breakfast and coffee in front of the fireplace as the morning sun peaked over the slopes into our living room. Downstairs to our personal locker to grab our skis, then a short walk to the lifts. We'd ski for a couple of hours, then take a convenient and relaxing lunch back in the condo. Back to the lifts for some afternoon runs followed by a delightful apri-ski on our balcony overlooking the slopes. I can't say enough about the location of this unit. Absolutely delightful, we can't wait to return.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: What is so good about the Condo is the location. To be able to stop for lunch and take you boots off or to warn up with a hot chocolate is one of the unit.

The condo at Copper One was absolutely fantastic. The location cannot be beat. Being within walking distance of the two main lifts at Copper makes for easy access to all parts of the mountain for groups with varying skill levels. The ability to come in at lunch and get your boots off and relax cannot be overstated. Also, the ski locker and covered, heated parking make things easy. All in all, the location and the condo itself is everything that was promised.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: Thank you for the wonderful review. It is great to hear someone thinks the property is as good as we think it is.

The aesthetics of this property are great, as is the location. Granite countertops, nice furnishings, comfortable rooms, beautiful bathrooms. We couldn't ask for a better location, right at the base of the American Eagle lift. The check-in service was fabulous, friendly, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the condo is located directly above a bar that had a D.J. and karaoke until 8:00pm. The music was very loud. There were personal belongs from the previous guests in drawers. Dishes were visibly soiled. The door to the balcony was ajar so that while sitting on the couch you could see outside on the top and bottom of the door.Owner response: Thank you for your review of my unit. I have spent a great deal of money updating the unit. The location of this unit is the best on the mountain. Jack's bar is located below the unit (is a great place to unwind after a great day of skiing), the couple that sing their stop at 6:30pm normally. I am sorry that you found guest clothes left in the unit. I am very upset that you found dirty dishes, their is no excuse for that are I have taken step for it to never happen again.

Ultimate Ski-In / Ski-Out Experience @ COPPER MOUNTAIN

We rented this unit for our 1st Colorado ski trip...wife and daughter (4-1/2) had never been skiing. Another experienced family in our party (who rented a unit one floor above us) billed Copper One as "The Ultimate Ski-In / Ski-Out" experience. They hit the nail on the head. Checking in was effortless w/ a quick stop in Frisco (2 exits prior to Copper). After we quickly grabbed our keys and welcome packet by courteous staff, we headed acoss the street to get groceries & "refreshments" for the week. We even rented our skiis here (Breeze) for a good discount compared to renting at Copper (again, good advice from our friends). If your skis need adjusting, Breeze has a shop right in the Copper village. Arriving at the Condo, it was so nice to park in Copper One's underground, heated garage. There are several bell-hop carts that make moving luggage up to the unit very easy. Ski lockers are located on Level 1 (keys are in the unit). Upon entering the unit, we were very impressed by the updated finishes, cleanliness and tasteful decor. The owners have done a wonderful job in a recent rennovation and it really felt like a "home". The views to the mountain were simply amazing. You can relax on the bed and look right up into the Half Pipe. A balcony offers a chance to check the weather and overlooks an outdoor apres-ski cafe. The gas fireplace turns on w/ a switch and really warms you up. Many of the lights were on dimmers...a nice touch that not only saves electricity, but also lets you adjust the mood from reading light, to watching movies, to a night light. One huge bonus were the 2 Humidifiers (very arid conditions). One was broken, but the other one really helped put some moisture in the air. Many amenities are on the first floor of the building including registration for school/camps/activites, buy lift tickets, retail and restaurants. We even found the "secret" door to Jack's wich allows access to the bar, eats, coffee, retail & ski registration without going outside and coming back in. During Happy Hour, you do get a little music from the band filtering up to the unit, but it wasn't loud and it always ended around 7PM. The rest of center village was also great w/ many shopping and dining options. But tired skiiers disapear quickly after dinner and sidewalks go quiet. AND...of course the skiing was great also!!! BOTTOM LINE = We had crazy fun, and enjoyed Mr Sain's condo so much that we went home and booked a spring trip in the same condo. CHEERS!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We loved the condo, (especially since we could see our kids who are racers, come down the hill) and say Hi from the balcony. LOCATION is ideal. The only downside is,( and it will be like this in the early season only,) is that Copper was doing a lot of moving of snow to make the half pipe, and grooming at night so sometimes we heard that, but the view and location way more than made up for that. we will hope to book this condo again and again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: Patricia and I are both retired airline employees with over 30 years with the airlines. We have skied and traveled out west for many years. We met at an airline ski week at Snowmass, CO and 7 years later we were married there. So, you can see we have a love for the mountains. We always enjoyed the Copper Mountains race camps and ski weeks.
Why the Owner Chose Copper One:
Even though we loved Snowmass, we decided that the most important thing was Location, Location, Location. Our condo is located at the base of the Copper Mountain Village. From the patio you look down on the American Eagle and American Flyer chair lifts and you can see into the half-pipe. The ski locker is on the first floor. It is basically ski-in and ski-out. You have a short walk to and from the lifts.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Copper has the greatest location of all the mountains. It is close to Denver (1 hour and 40 minutes from the Denver airport.). The slopes are separated with the beginners around to the right, intermediate in the middle, the advanced on the left, and the bowls over on the back side.
