  I have been vacationing in the Litchfied, Garden city area for the past 43 years.This condo is absolutely the most perfect place I have ever stayed. The condo has everything you need and what impressed me so much was how clean this condo was. It is also in walking distance of everything you could possibly want or need.The owners were the most helpful and nicest people I have ever dealt with. I not only feel I have found a great place to stay, but also made some good friends.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, tourists without a car.

  We have stayed at this condo for the past 5 years and it is totally awesome. The location is great and the porch is fantastic to sit and listen to the music from the pier. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It is a nice quiet area with lots of entertainment right next door.

  This is a wonderful place to stay. The covered deck is nice day or night time and at night you can hear the band from the end of the Garden City Pier. Sliding doors off of the den and also the master bedroom are ocean front. Spacious living room and full kitchen and the master bedroom is really roomy. It is easy walking distance to the pier which has a large arcade, a sandwich shop and ice cream inside, a bar right outside the arcade on the pier, fishing tackle and rental shop and a bar with dance area at the end of the pier with a nightly band and dancing. Also, within walking distance is the Planters Ice Cream shop with their home made ice cream, several resturants ( all different types ) another arcarde and some rides for kids and preteens. Not only is the condo really nice and a great price, it is a great area for families, especially with kids and preteens. I stay each year at the end of June and even during peak season, the beach doesnt seem crowded.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
