  Eleven "girls" from our high school class of '65 who are all 65 yrs. found this rental to be the perfect place to share. The rooms are large with plenty of space to spread out or all gather around a table; the beds are super comfortable; the kitchen is well-equipped; the views are drop-dead gorgeous; the location is central to all that Sedona has to offer; the lot is private and very quiet; and Pennie, the owner, is very helpful and easy to work with! This was so much more intimate than renting rooms at a hotel or resort!! We would go back in a heartbeat <3

  I arranged a womens retreat at this beautiful home, and it was all that we expected and more. The home was beautifully decorated and came equiped with everything we needed. Plenty of room and the views were breath taking. I would strongly recommend this property for any gathering or just for a family getaway. Thank you Penny for all of your help and for making this the best experience for me and the ladies in my party.

  A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. We had a group of 7 that was comfortable all week. Good location in Sedona.

  The view from the living room window is incredible! I really enjoyed my time in this home and would recommend it to anyone. Perfect for a large number of people, there are plenty of beds (all very comfortable) and spacious sitting areas on both floors. I thought I was in a hotel when I first walked in! There is lots of space between this house and the neighboring homes, and sits on a hill such that it looks over the valley of Red Rocks. It's a perfect location, only a few miles away from Uptown Sedona, West Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek, and there is so much to do. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

  Comfortable home with great views. Good deal for the amount of space and private pool. Nice location. Quick response remedying first problem. Last night was a bit of a bummer, when the A/C unit went out. BBQ worked great. Well stocked kitchen, bedding, and towels. We had a great time and appreciate the last minute availability. Thanks.
