Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: I am a native of KC, and a graduate of KU. Coming from small and friendly town, I was longing for an escape from LA for many years. In 2004 I found Cedar City and purchased my condo. I worked hard to make it peaceful and relaxing, yet beautiful and charming. I think I have been very successful! I have enjoyed this place and continued to upgrade it over the past few years. Everyone who has stayed there comments on how 'peaceful' it is.
Why the Owner Chose Cedar City: My son attended the University here, SUU, and this was my first real exposure to the beautiful state of Utah. Within a couple of months I decided to buy a vacation home here and have loved it. With each visit I became more and more intrigued with the astounding beauty and peacefulness of the area. The natural beauty and surrounding mountains really have a profound energy which helps me to rejuvenate and detox from the big city life. I have made this my second home and decided to share the experience with others.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: You will enjoy the fresh, clean mountain air, the moderate temperatures in the summer and beautiful snow in the winter. Looking at the green pastures at an elevation of 5800 feet and the gorgeous red mountains and awesome rock formations will renew your spirit. The condo will provide you with all the luxury of a four star resort and the feeling of being home at the same time.
