This condo is fabulous! The decor is beautiful and it is charming, light and bight. One huge perk is how close it is to the beach and in such a great, walkable area. The complex has a very nice garden area and outdoor patio. We loved it and will come again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This was my first vacation in 11 years. Can we say WORKAHOLIC!!! First let me start with Jill, the rental agent. From the very beginning she was FANTASTIC!!! She assisted me with all the arrangements and accommodations for myself and my family. She goes above and beyond to ensure you are happy and enjoying your vacation. I loved the location and how close it is to the beach. It is literally 1/2 block from the beach. One thing I did learn is that this unit isn't best for families with young children or teenage children. It is an upstairs unit with hardwood floors so noise can be amplified x10. However, if you are single adults or couples there are many things to do close by and within driving distance. You even have a great farmer's market within 5 blocks from the condo. I would definitely rent from Jill again and trust she has my families best interest at heart.
