  We wanted this unit because of the oceanfront bed room. We found the unit to be very clean and confortable and the keyless entry was great. The is a great location for getting to all the shopping and shows. George was great to work with, responding to emails very quickly. Hope we can stay here again. Great condo!

  The condo was clean and had all that we needed. The owners also provided a few toys and other items that the little ones used while we were at the beach. The heated pool was great for the little ones as the weather was a little cool a couple of the days we were there. The process of getting info was easy. Everything is done via email. Getting in and out of the condo was also very easy as parking deck gave access to the condo from the same floor (6th). The condo is near the attractions so you can get there quickly but far enough away where the traffic isn't a concern. Overall well worth the $. We would stay there again.

  My family and I really enjoyed our time at Island Vista! The condo looked even better than the pictures and the view was amazing! The location was perfect and there was plenty for all to do nearby (as well as enjoy some of the amenities the condo offered). The highlight for my son was going on the go-carts, but mine was enjoying the oceanfront, sun and some quiet time! Needless to say, It was hard to leave at the end of our stay, but we look forward to returning someday. We highly recommend this property!

  We had a wonderful time and absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Jim and Denise's Condo at the lovely Island Vista. The unit was spotless upon arrival, spacious, nicely appointed with wonderful oceanfront view. Very relaxing and serene setting yet close enough to shopping , dining and all that the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. Looking forward to a return visit!

  We were very pleased with our 1st stay at Island Vista. The room was amazing and had a great view of the Ocean. The listing was very detailed and accurate upon our arrival. We had a problem with the A/C unit the first day, but after a few emails to George it was taken care of immediately. I will definitely be interested in this unit or one of the other listings available next summer. The pools and grotto were very nice as well. The property location was great also. It was easy to find and get to many grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations etc. If your looking for somewhere to get fresh seafood, steamed shrimp, fish fillets etc, and take it back to your room or the beach, go to Mr.Fish. You can eat there as well, Its about 2 blocks down in a corner bldg.

  This is the best condo to stay at if you want to be right on the beach. The view is beautiful and you can literally here the ocean from the patio, living room and master bedroom. I would come and stay here again and would recommend this condo to anyone.

  The resort is located in an ideal location; it's seclude but close enough to the main attractions. The jacuzzi and pools are clean and very relaxing. The condo is beautiful!!! Nice upgrades and nicely furnished. All the amenities were provided which was a plus. It was a wonderful beach trip!!!

  We love coming to the beach and this condo has it all! Everything you could ever need is here. Fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, toys .... Large HDTV in living room with awesome surround sound system. Incredible views of the ocean from the living room, dining room, kitchen & master bedroom. You feel like you can reach out and touch the waves. Very spacious and great layout. Condo location is ideal. Close to everything yet feels so private, situated among million(s) dollar homes. There are so many great places to visit and EAT!!! Barb is awesome at recommending "THE BEST" places. Sitting by the pool and having lunch from the Tiki Bar is heaven.   My stay in 606 was wonderful, yet again. This condo has everything that you could ask for and much, much more. The owner has taken every step to ensure that your stay is worry free. The decor is perfect, and the location, of course, is unbeatable. I very much look forward to my next opportunity to visit this property.
