Truth in advertising. When we saw this VRBO property, we thought it was too good to be true. To the contrary, we found the descriptions, pictures, and discussions with the owner to be very accurate and to exceed our expectations. In September 2012, ten members of our adult tennis team stayed at this property. Some were couples and some were individuals. All found the house to be spacious and accommodating. The rooms were large, plentiful, and well appointed. This applies to the bedrooms, bath rooms, and other living spaces. Indeed, there were even multiple living rooms or studies in which people could comfortably congregate. The kitchen was modern and well stocked with enough pots, pans, plates, glasses and everything else needed to support a group of ten. Our team really enjoyed our shared breakfasts in the kitchen and breakfast nook. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is only 5-10 minutes away from the Old Market area of town where we found many great restaurants, bars, galleries and shops. There is also a grocery store just 3 minutes away. The owner was wonderful to work with. She was very attentive to our every need, and we did call upon her to make special arrangements. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay at this property again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Four couples traveling together every Sept chose the Omaha Historical Manison this year. We had a great time. The home was comfortable and fit us well. It was well maintained and the owners were very helpful. We visited the Zoo, took a tour of Omaha, and had dinner at three interesting restaurants. Piccalo Pete's , Jackson Tavern plus the Italian reataurant Malara's were the restaurants we enjoyed. I would recommend this vacation home to a group of friends, or large family traveling and or wanting a place to meet and enjoy Omaha and each other.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children.

We had 7 women staying for a weekend event and it was very comfortable. The house is huge and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was large and well equipped. We spent most of our time on the huge covered front porch. Owner was very helpful and friendly. We hope to come back again. Definitely recommend. Great Location.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

Our extended family stayed her for a family reunion. We had 8 adults, 4 kids, and a toddler, and the house worked out perfectly! We had room to spread out, a park only minutes away, great location to get to the zoo, and best of all, the ability to put the kids to bed and have a common area for the adults to stay up and visit in (something you don't get if you get a group of hotel rooms). The house was lovely and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for a great weekend!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children.

We rented this house for a long weekend with the family for a local wedding and were SO pleased! We have a large crew (9 adults, 2 kids), so it actually ended up being cheaper than all getting separate hotel rooms, while being a short drive away from the action downtown (10 minutes, tops). There was plenty of common space for everyone to hang out together, while each couple had their own room and privacy when needed. The home is gorgeous: hardwood floors, beautiful furniture, four stories; and the neighborhood was lovely and safe - a park nearby and friendly neighbors. And the amenities are ample! A well-stocked kitchen and BBQ allowed us to cook a lot of our own meals and eat together. The pool table and TV were great entertainment. And we spent a lot of time on the front porch, just enjoying the weather and swinging. The only mixed reviews were the beds... a couple people found them to be a little small/uncomfortable (not quite as great as you'd find in a high-end hotel), but the majority of our group disagreed and were totally happy. Linens and towels were high-quality. Everything was very clean. Plenty of parking. The owners were very friendly throughout the whole process: they answered my many questions beforehand, and were very accommodating (provided a Pack n' Play and an air mattress for the kiddos at the last minute), while being unobtrusive during our stay. This is a great home away from home - we had a wonderful stay! Highly recommended and completely worth the price!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I want to give our input on this house we rented from you June 17-24, 2011. We came to Omaha for the CWS held at Ameritrade Park. The house was located very close to the Park. There was plenty of room in the house that no one was in the way of anyone. We had plenty beds in all the bedrooms and lots of sitting room. The front porch was spectacular we spent much of our time outside relaxing and talking with each other. We barbequed one evening and had plenty of room outside to talk and enjoy. The apartment downstairs was great size for 2 couples to sleep with their own kitchen and own entrance from the outside. The price was very reasonable for the size of house. Thanks for the great time and look forward to many more trips to Omaha. Will definitely stay here again.
