The condo exceeded our expectations. My sister, her husband & son stayed in the condo with myself, my husband & our two daughters in one of the three bedroom condos. The condo was clean, very room, nicely laid out & perfect for our needs. We didn't utilize the oven in the kitchen but the full size fridge, microwave, sink & dishwasher were nice to have. We ate breakfast at the condo most days & either a late night meal or snack & spent the rest of the day at the parks. I was a little disappointed when we arrived to find out you had to make reservations for the shuttle 24 hours I advance & that basically there was one set pick up time at the resort of around 9:30 & one schedule pick-up time at the parks of around 7 or 7:30. Since many of the parks are open until 10 or much much later (for instance 1am at Magic Kingdom) we felt using the shuttle would be a waste of the $ we spent on our amusement park tickets since we wouldn't be able to get the most from them. We ended up driving to the parks & did not use the shuttle service. I think an hourly shuttle service from 9-midnight would have been nice but I understand the expense of having such a service. Having stayed at Disney properties my previous three visits to Orlando that is the kind of service I had expected. However, the value of this condo was absolutely worth the $ & I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Pros.................condo was terrific, pools were terrific, prices at the pool restaurant & bar (with their buy one get one free specials) were reasonable & it's proximity to all of the major attractions.........Sea World, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, & Universal were all short drives away & parking was about $15/day for each park but even adding the $75 to what we paid for the condo it was a bargain compared to staying on Disney property. The other con was that at least the week we stayed the wifi was not working well. Not a problem for me but my sister was trying to do some business from the room in the morning & unable to use the resort wifi most of the week.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

I was a little nervous going in to this, because I had never used VRBO before. The entire process couldn't have been easier. The owner of the unit was very easy to deal with, and the unit is very nicely appointed. The property is very close to WDW and driving there was easy. We spent most of our time in the parks so we didn't have much time to try the amenities, but couldn't be happier with the condo.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: I am honored that you pick my vacation suite to be apart of your vacation memeories. I enjoy the location of my unit. I like how it is so easy to get in and out of. When I stay in it I like the rear parking. I go in the door up one flight of steps and in the unit!

Excellent 3 bedroom suite and 2 bathroom suite. So quiet and clean. Kitchen facilities were fine. We only made 1 trip to the store for our basics. We were so surprised when we drove up and recognized the property as the same one that we had stayed at 6 years earlier. Making our reservations was easily handled wtih e-mail and a phone call. When we arrived we were quickly registered and into our room. At night the parking near the entry to the building was at a premium and for tired people that was an inconvenience. We couldn't do everything we wanted but did enjoy ourselves at Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. We used the Resort's Concierge for 1 trip and drove directly to the other attractions to purchase our tickets at the gate. We brought our own Garmin which made the driving so easy. We look forward to traveling to Orlando again and are sure that we will stay at this resort.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I am thankful that a Super Walmart is so close to our vacation suite, during the holdays you always need extra things!!! We have stayed at LBV a few times. Our stay was welcomed with warm and friendly front desk staff and our condo was clean and comfortable. We always have a great time there and will continue to use this place again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful week! The Condo was Excellent, and just perfect for my Family of 6! The Bedrooms and Common Areas were very Clean & Spacious! Also, having the 2 Pools were Fantastic! Of Course, the Kids Loved the Pirate Boat Pool, just a short walk away, but have the 2nd pool just beside the condo was very Convinent! Finally, you couldn't ask for a Better Location! Easy Access to all the Parks! We visited Disney Parks & Sea World Parks on this Trip, including Busch Gardens Tampa, which was believe it or not less than an 1 hour away. Overall Very Happy! Thank you!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our stay at this resort was wonderful. The property is just as shown and described in the photos and description. The location is perfect for any vacation that is desired, whether its a Disney vacation or just a relaxing vacation. The resort is within minutes of many great attractions. The staff members are courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this resort to my friends and family. Condo needs updating, furniture dirty, kitchen lacking cooking utensils.Owner response: I am sorry that you did not enjoy our 4 bedroom, 4 bath suite. Renting it over Easter it is not always equiped with everything you may need for a holiday dinner. It is a very busy time for the resort. If you will ever try our resort again, I hopy you will call me or housekeeping for anything you may need. The carpet was replaced in March with a light taupe the older color was brownish with line threw it.

We stayed at this condo and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. It was quiet and overlooked the pool which was nice. The outlets are great too and right next door. The condo itself is just as it looks and very clean. The owner as well as the employees of the resort were very helpful. Would stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Really nice. The unit is huge. Masterbedroom is really nice. Swimming pools were awesome for the kids. A small mall outlet is just 5 mins walk. Wallmart supercenter is just 5 mins drive. Location was really great. Patty the owner of the unit is very accommodating over the phone. Was the listing description accurate regarding the location? Yes accurate Did the listing photos accurately reflect the rental’s appearance and amenities? Yes Was the property clean and well-maintained? Enjoyed our stay. Very clean and comfortable. Nice furnishings, King bed in master bedroom very comfortable, 2nd bedroom had another king bed....comfortable, and 3rd bedroom had 2 twin beds (not as comfortable but we were fine using just the 2 queens in bedroom 1 and 2. Kitchen was great! Refrigerator , microwave and dishwasher ...which came in handy... needed them with 3 small children 5, 3, and 2. 2 pools in the resort. The main pool was wonderful- had cute pirate ship with a slide and wonderful zero depth entry for the little ones!!! Always found some chair/lounge chair. and even many umbrella tables to sit at and food and bar area right there..... expensive but we were on vacation and solely focused on comfort, convenience and enjoyment... and that is was. There's only 1 restaurant on property-- Irish place - handy for those of us that don't want to get back in a car and don't want to cook on our vacation-- food was good enough. GREAT Balcony on the condo to sit out on that faced the 2nd pool. 2 bathrooms.. Whirlpool jacuzzi in master bath..... enjoyed it very much. Living room and dining room area very nice and comfortable , nice size. Overall a wonderful stay and close to Sea World via I4 East and disney world via I4west--- resort property basically in the middle. Only complaint was with tthe resort itself.... they do NOT provide Luggage assistance so be prepared to handle your own luggage in and out. overall, Really Great stay and Great owner!!! Owner is a very nice lady! Definitely recommend!Recommended for: Families with young children

The condo was exactly as described. The place was clean, spacious and convenient to all of the major parks and restaurants. Our boys (basketball team) loved the Outlet. For the parents, may too much…. financially. LOL The staff at the resort was pleasant and always willing to assist. We also like the convenience of having the Concierge for theme park tickets. Our rep Antonio was a major help in selecting the right park for our teenage boys and parents. We loved that a Walmart was close by to purchase food to feed the team. The boys couldn’t get enough of the pool. The parents loved the poolside restaurant and enjoyed the Karaoke at the Irish Pub. Our experience with the owner Patty was positive. She was informative and genuine. There were never too many questions for her to answer. Something you have to keep in mind when you have 2-3 families living under one roof. Patty went a step further in accommodating us when our group got larger in size by upgrading us to a Penthouse and still managed to stay in our price range. She also worked with another family from the team in setting them up in a smaller condo. We will definitely consider Patty and the Lake Buena Vista Resort again.
