You can rent a pontoon boat and enjoy beautiful Lake Chatuge within five minutes of the home. Horseback riding at Chunky Gal is about 30 minutes away. The cities of Helen and Clayton (in Georgia), and Franklin (in North Carolina) are also about 30 minutes away - and what a beautiful drive to get there. White-water rafting is less than one hour away. As you can tell, this home is in an ideal location.
