  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous stay at Midnight Cove II. It was our first time in Siesta Key, so we didn't know what to expect, but we had a blast! My husband and I traveled with my parents and our almost 3 year-old. There was plenty of space for us all. We loved the pool and the beach is unparalleled. Very equipped kitchen. Our only complaints were that the master bedroom ran really warm (for us), especially at night. The ceiling fan is not really close to the bed, so doesn't help so much and the AC seemed to quit at night. And the beach equipment was great to have with the exception of some of the chairs which were rusted, well-worn (didn't want to risk breaking them) and not comfy for older folks. Minor things for the most part. We rented bikes and loved exploring town that way. Also rented kid gear from A to Z baby rental which was awesome! Definitely would return!

  Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We liked the condo and it's location. The only issue was that basic cable did not allow the men to watch their sports shows. The living room was huge and the TV was small. The second bedroom was also a bit small. We wished the deck had been on the first floor instead of on the second (had to go upstairs and through the master bedroom for a view). Kept the windows and doors closed at night because of bridge noise.

  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: disappointed with the cable selection and lack of DVD useage. Light bulbs were out. No use of lounge chairs on the beach. The attendant guarding the lounges made us feel like 2nd class citizens. Our stay at the Palm Bay Club was much more friendly and accomidating.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon our arrival the keys were not in the lock box as expected. An hour of phone calls produced no results and so I slipped the lock with a credit card and found the keys on the dinning room table. We were sure to use the dead bolt when sleeping but the lock should be repaired and made more secure. Other that that our stay was perfect and we hope to return next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Midnight Cove II, a 3 bedroom unit, for 29 days and loved it. We were close to the pool on property and close to the beach, a 5 minute walk across the road, lovely. We enjoyed the proximity to Siesta Key Village and to basic needs shopping, in general. The staff in the Midnight Cove II office was just great! We had one issue during our stay, and our rental agent helped us get through it in a timely manner. Overall, we were quite satisfied and are hoping to return in 2014.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third trip to Siesta Key, but this property was new to us. The unit was very spacious and clean and was VERY convenient to Crescent Beach as well as local services. The pool was also very conveniently located to the unit and we enjoyed the pool as much as the beach! The family room had a super large and comfortable sofa, but no cable--very limited TV channels, but did have high-speed internet. The kitchen was well-equipped, but there were no basic cleaning supplies for us to keep the place tidy, no cutting board (??!!) or dustpan to sweep the floor. Although there were coffee filters left for us, there was only (and I mean only!) salt and pepper in the closet. No extra garbage bags either. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs and toys for us to enjoy. Overall, we loved this unit and would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this place for my family's spring break, thinking it was too good to be true. When we got there, this place is SOO spacious! A large living room, good sized bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms. We had 5 people stay and NEVER got in each others' way. Location was great: right next to the beach and Capt. Curt's. Only complaint we had was the balcony faced the bridge and the noise from the cars/draw bridge alarm got a little old. BUT all in all, a very nice place and I would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Decor could use a little updating, and in the remodeled master bath there are no towel racks or soap dishes in the shower. A work in progress maybe? It was great having a w/d in the unit. There were plenty of towels. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and baking. Nice layout with all the bedrooms upstairs. We enjoyed the deck off the master bedroom. Great pool on location. You have to cross a busy street and walk a little ways to the beach.

  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great experience at this location. There were some very nice upgrades and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking on site. Everyone loved the new sofa! Two things that we were not happy with - the twin beds were uncomfortable and made noises when you moved or turned over. The Midnight Cove management would not let us use their beach chairs and there were none available in the condo. Since we fly down we had none with us. A lot of the rentals provide them and it would be a nice amenity. Otherwise the grounds were beautiful and the location was good. Manager responded on 2/21/2012: Thank you for staying. The twin beds were on to be replaced however with the new master bath and furniture in the living ran out before the next guests were arriving. There are at least 4 beach chairs, lots of beach toys, fishing equipment, large cooler, etc. in the storage closet adjacent to the front door.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Siesta Key! This condo is very spacious it was a very short walk to the gorgeous beach. Everything we needed for the beach was right there too--towels, chairs, coolers, umbrellas. . . It was also a short walk to the Cresent Beach Grocery store and a few other shops and restuarants. The were only a few things that could be improved. For example, the living room furniture was old and uncomfortable. The carpeting was dirty and not very soft underfoot. The dryer took a very long time to dry clothes. And though the pool was very nice and convenient to the condo, it was a little dirty. Overall though, we would definitey return to this unit!

Walk to beach is not bad and location is a plus being close to Stickney Point bridge and shopping. Furnishings are showing some age but for the $$$ it is a good deal. Manager responded on 8/6/2011: Thank you for the review. This is the largest unit in the complex at 1,720 sq. ft. The owner of this unit is coming down in September and we will be going over the entire unit, buying new furniture will be one of the main points. ***November 21st, 2011 - New furniture and brand new master bath***

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the spaciousness of the unit. Great kitchen for cooking. We brought our boat it was so nice to have it right in our backyard. You have to find parking from your trailer off site. Manager responded on 8/6/2011: This unit has its own dock which makes it ideal for boaters. There is no charge for bringing a boat either. As stated, trailers must be kept off site. If you do not have your own boat we can always arrange for a rental with a discount.

  The condo was great and we had a great time. I was very pleased with the size and layout of the condo. Also it was in a great location. A few minute walk to the beach and a few seconds to the pool. Beach Accra was great and had a shower to rinse off the sand. If we return to siesta key next year we will stay there again. Loved it!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property had tons of space for our family of 6 and we felt it was very clean. The walk accross the street to the beach was no problem and the view of the lagoon from our our master bedroom balcony was beautiful. The pool was very nice and well kept up and the landscaping for the units was beautiful and much nicer than surrounding places. We will make sure to come back next year!

Reviewer Comments: After demanding our money back from another rental property due to shabby conditions, we booked this property on short notice. We were extremely happy with the features and condition of the place. It was very clean. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, laundry, and everything you need. Beach toys, chairs, ubrellas and more were found in the outside storage. Good location accross the street from the beautiful white sand beach on Siesta Key. The pool was warm and clean. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Everything you need for a great vacation. Highly recommended and we would definately come back.
