Located in the Village and only a very short walk to the Pier, Beach, Lighthouse, Famous Restaurants, Shopping, and the NEW Fun Zone with Pool, Playground and Miniature Golf. This large classic beach cottage is St. Simons at its best with all of the comforts of home!! The expansive living and dining areas are perfect for family gatherings of up to 17 people, yet it is still cozy enough for a smaller group. The VERY large pool, outdoor shower and spacious patio area is 'the spot' for fun in the sun, grilling and entertaining! There is a large screened porch off of one of the upstairs bedrooms that is perfect for quiet time, relaxing with your favorite book or enjoying afternoon cocktails. The well equipped kitchen offers all of your needs and more! The bright sunroom is comfortably arranged for smaller groups, watching TV or playing games. The huge living area is a perfect spot to watch the game or just relax on the comfortable couches.
Bedding: 1-King, 2-Queens, 2-Doubles, 4-Twins, 1-sleeper sofa One block from the beach with private pool. All vacation rental properties are furnished, equipped and maintained according to owners preferences. All vacation rental properties have central heat and air and fully equipped kitchens, cable TV, DVD players and all linens are provided. All units are non-smoking. We require a weekly minimum during the summer and a three day minimum in other seasons. Weekly rentals begin on Saturday at 4:00pm and end on the following Saturday at 10:00am. Rates are subject to change without notice.
A Visa or Mastercard is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation and 1/2 of the rent balance must be paid at that time. We accept payments by check, but a Visa or Mastercard will still be required to secure the reservation.

~A $40 reservation fee will apply to each reservation
~The cleaning fee is $300.00
The cleaning fee will be charged to every reservation which is less than 7 nights

A group of girl friends and I just enjoyed a relaxing girl’s weekend at this wonderful cottage. It was in a great location, too. Easy walk to the beach, many restaurants, shops and sites. There were many bike paths and finding a bike rental was easy. Next time, I'll bring my husband and kids. My husband would enjoy the fishing and golf and the kids would love the water park. Looking forward to a return visit!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

My family and I just had the pleasure to stay at this home and love it! It was close to everything and we had a blast walking to the village for dining, shopping, site seeing, etc. The home was big enough for the four kids to have their own space and they really enjoyed the large private pool. I would highly recommend this home and have already reserved it for our family vacation next year!.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

This place was great! An absolute getaway!! It was so close to the beach, dining, and nightlife. Just a short walk to the pier for an incredible view of the sunset over the ocean. It was a great place to relax after a day at the beach or a day of golf. A group of us “snowbirds” rent this house every year during the colder months. We LOVE St. Simons Island. The food is amazing and the people are so friendly. I love walking on the beach and this house is close to the beach. This house is roomy enough for all of us and we wouldn’t dare go anywhere else during the “cold” months. My friends and I do a couples retreat every year at this house. We do not have kids yet and we like to reconnect with our spouses. We have found that St. Simons Island is the perfect place. We all love going to the beach and just being together. The pool is amazing! This house also has a grill so that the boys can grill out. We are not too far from the Village, pier, and restaurants. My 5 brothers and I like to get a way and play golf every fall. St. Simons Island is the perfect place. There are many golf courses from which to choose. We have stayed in many houses on the island before, but this one beats the rest. It is close to the beach, village, restaurants, and pier.
