I rented this house because my son was playing in a basketball tournament in Gulfport. I had several friends and family wanting to go. We had four adults and seven kids from Thursday to Sunday. It was great staying at this house. We had plenty of room and the location was great also. You are just a short distance from everything. We had plenty of room to park. The kids absolutely loved the upstairs, they had it all to themselves. Mrs. Vicki is super nice and helped with anything that we needed. (directions, places to eat, things to do). I was also able to bring my dog, with the fenced in back yard, it was great. We will definitely be going back to stay here!

My family and I (total of 11 people) stayed at this house from July 30th-Aug 4th. We loved it! Everyone had a bed to sleep in with empty beds left over. It's location is perfect. A very short walk to the beach. We loved the deck and fenced in back yard. Vicki was so easy to deal with from before making the reservation up through and after checking out of the house. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely rent from her again! Lacy Grimes Quincy, IL

We had 12 people in our group and we all really liked this house! The kids loved the bunk bed room and the Splash Pad. The only drawback was the train right by the house. It goes all night long and if you're a light sleeper, like me, it's really hard to sleep through. My parents brought their little dog and he loved the yard. Thanks for a great vacation house!

Loved the house, the deck, and the yard. It was great drinking coffee on the deck in the morning and grilling late in the evening. House had everything you could need. Just a couple of drawbacks (1 train tracks 2 houses down (2 no hand rails leading to 2nd floor (3 with 18 of us a third bathroom would have been nice, but we coped and had a great time. House is beautiful and I will certainly be back. There's a waterpark just up the road, a children's playground within walking distance as is the beach(it could have been cleaner), fish off the pier, walk to a casino, go-carts, mini golf close by and several Wal-marts, shopping malls and lots of places to eat.

We really enjoyed our stay in Miss. The house was very nice, in a quiet neighborhood(except for the train! But we got used to it) there were 11 of us and it worked out fine. I would recommend this house to anyone I wouldn't mind staying there again! Vicki is a great landlady. Thank you do much.

This house was everything described, and then some. For starters.... the pictures don't do justice to this house by a long shot. We had plenty of room for all of us. There were 5 adults, 2 teenagers and 4 kids staying at this house full-time and we had a blast. My husband and I had our own room, my sister and her husband had their own and even my mom had her own. Plus we had the kids and teenagers upstairs in the bunk room. Sitting out on the back deck in the morning drinking coffee and watching the kids play in the fenced back yard was great. We can't wait to stay again. We will certainly be back again, and again and again.

This was a perfect location for my entire family coming from 4 different states to celebrate Christmas together. The house was big enough for 16 people. The upstairs bunkroom was the kids' favorite place to hang out and play. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very helpful and willing to bring over anything we needed. Great place and reasonable price. Thanks!!

We stayed in Dec. 2011 for a family reunion. Vicki was very easy and pleaseant to deal with. I would rent with her again. She owns other rental property in the area. The house was quaint, the neighborhood great as well as the neighbors. We walked in the neighborhaood and the neighbors all said hello. We had a lot of vehicles to park (6) and had plenty of parking room. The backyard is really big and we spent a good amount of time out there. Of course in December you can,in August, not so much. There was a nice table for 4 with an umbrella and 2 other chairs on the deck. The beds and bed linens were VERY nice...It was clean and the kitchen has a lot of counter space and cabinet space. There is a front loading washer and dryer that was great to have. This place is more like a cottage style home. It is not a big open ,spacious place. The rooms are all small and the only extra space in the 3 bedrooms is just enough to walk around the beds. They do all have nice closet space though. The house has a bunk room upstairs(which was not advertised, upstairs, that is) and sleeps at least 10. There is a bathroom with a shower upstairs. My biggest complaint of this place is that it can sleep at least 16 BUT the kitcken eating area is VERY small and the table seats 8. The table is positioned directly under a HUGE hanging light fixture that we all hit our heads on and is in front of the sliding glass door access to the deck. There are train tracks 4 houses from this one and we lost count at 11 trains per day. The little kids did enjoy having it though,we had to run outside each time they heard the HORN!!!!. The kitchen has plates for 8,silverware for about 16 and pots(thin ones) and baking pans. I had to go buy a collinder, oven mits and some mixing and salad bowls. There were 2 kitchen towels and about 8 bath towels. We had to go buy some of them too... We had 9 adults and 6 kids there the entire time and we had 6 visitors daily. It was cramped and if it had rained and would have not been able to use the yard we would have been in trouble. I realize this sounds negitive but we did have a great time. The house would be great for a family of 6 to 8 but any more than that is too many . It is confusing because it sleeps so many but the other accomodations are for more like 8.I do recommend this place because of the location. The beach is a quick walk away(about 2 blocks). There is a park for the kids too on the way to the beach. The neighborhood is great...

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful home and we were thrilled with it. It had all the amenities of home, and EVERYTHING we needed was within blocks! My toddler loved the great splash pad that was just around the corner, well within walking distance, and the beach just up the block was a very nice one. The house had a great floor plan, and the 5 of us had more than enough room to stay comfortably. The owner was extremely hospitable and helpful with anything we had a question about, even great places to eat! We will definitely be staying here again on our next vacation, and we recommend it to anyone!

This house was beautiful and perfect in every way! We had a total of 14 people with us...and there was still plenty of room for more! The beach was just a short walk away and the splash pad was fun for the kids! Was also very close to everything in Biloxi. Thank you Vicki for letting us stay in your beautiful home! We will definitley be coming back!

I recently spent a week with my mother and my three teenage daughters in this wonderful home. My mother and I were looking to maybe visit a casino, and just relax at the beach...the girls, not so much...They were more interested in jet skiing, fishing, and shopping. Here, we all got what we wanted! The house offered us plenty of space, so we never had to trip over one another like we would have in a hotel room. Vicki was so grea; when one of the girls left a sentimental item there by mistake, she found it and shipped it to us within a week of our arrival home. My daughter and I, were very grateful. I would definately reccommend this property!

This family has out done themselves AGAIN! My family and I stayed at this home and we didn't want to leave. The home was beautifully decorated and the hospitality is GREAT. The "Bunk" room can sleep 10-12 people and the backyard is huge and ready for grilling. Location is close to the Island view casino and across from the beach. There is a great splash water park around the corner that children would love to go to. We were able to bring our dog "PRADA" again and she loved running up and down the stairs to the bunk room. We will stay here again in the future! You must check this home out!!! This home gets two thumbs up!

Our stay was considerably nice, being the fact that we had 5 different families. The house itself was quite comfortable. Had wifi, tv's everything you could want, even washer and dryer. Loved the fenced in back yard so I could let my dog out in the morning without getting dressed. Just a quick walk to the beach and casino's. The only thing wrong is I wish I would have known about there being very few towels. Having 17 people taking showers and only a few towels, luckily we brought beach towels and there was washer and dryer. But would have like to have known about towel shortage. But for the money and convenience and comfort this is the place. We will be back.

Owner response: So sorry about the towel situation, I guess I didn't realize y'all had quite so many people! Glad you had a place large enough for your extended family to gather. Hope your family reunion turns out to be an annual event and you choose us again next year.
