  We had a great time, this condo is so up to date and clean. One day it rained a good part of the day, so we put a puzzle together, watched TV, and just enjoyed being with each other. We loved the location too. We will be back for sure!!

  I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Pinnacle Port. The condo was quite roomy and nicely updated. The kitchen was well equipped.The view of the Gulf was fantastic. The area was private and quiet. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was a way from the the main attractions and shopping which I kind of liked. The fact that it was a gated community was comforting. The communities a little west of the condo were charming. Our favorite restaurant was Salty Sue, the food was delicious and plentiful and the service was great. The visitor center on hwy98 had brochures and maps available and docents who were quite knowledgeable about the area.

  Beautiful condo and perfect location. Great views from the master bedroom and living room of the beach. Loved sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves crashing on the shore. The first thing I noticed when I got there was the condo was a lot bigger than I expected. Everything was provided...linens, kitchenware and beach toys. Big thank you to the owner for keeping in touch with us. Had a few issues but the fixes were addressed immediately.

  Our family had a fantastic week, and the location of this condo was perfect. We loved the privacy and convenience of being so close to the beach. It had a feeling of our own private beach. The best part was being able to leave our canopy, chairs, toys down on the beach each night! It's such a short drive to PCB or Seaside where we enjoyed many of our favorite restaurants and attractions. The unit was very nicely furnished and a great place to relax. The only downside was the lack of internet service in the condo. All in all, it was one of the best beach trips we have had and we can't wait to return again!

  Just when you think it can't get any better....IT DOES. This unit is the best ever!!! 2nd floor means no wait for an elevator...just take the stairs (except for arrival with all your "stuff" & of course the trip to the grocery)....right on the beach...close to the outside pool...good parking...on & on I could go. Safe place to be...love this complex. Can't wait for next year. See you in May 2013.

  Very nice property. NIce beach! We had a great time. Great place to relax and short drive to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely rent again!

  Four of us (all senior citizens) visited this condo in April 2012. It’s located in Pinnacle Port at Carillon Beach in a gated community where a person is on guard 24/7. Along the way to the condo are lovely little beach houses in pastel colors with picked fences covered in roses and jasmine. The condo, itself, sits right on the beach. Free parking and an elevator provides easy access to the second floor unit. The space inside is very roomy with a living, dining, kitchen combination and two sizable bedrooms (one with a fabulous view of the ocean). We love to cook and found the condo fully equipped with everything from pots and pans to salt and pepper. The cupboards were filled with all the essentials (like paper towels, dishwashing liquid, soaps, etc.). I’m picky about a clean kitchen and this one was not only clean but it had top of the line granite countertops, a new stove, refrigerator, and microwave, and, as a special bonus, a stacked washer and dryer. We were able to buy groceries at the Winn Dixie which is only 3 minutes away by car or a short walk if you don’t mind carrying bags. A Publix is nearby. From the deck, what could be better than a full frontal view of the ocean, pure white sand, and mesmerizing sunsets? You can rent umbrellas and beach chairs (someone will deliver and pick up) if you can’t bring your own. When we were there, the complex was surprisingly quiet and felt like you were on your own private beach. We had a fantastic time and we’d go back in an eye blink. Save a date for us next year!

  We stayed in this lovely condo over the 4th of July week and had the most marvelous time. As we entered the gated community we were all astonished about how beautiful all of the homes in Pinnacle Port were. I felt like I was in a movie, all of the different colored buildings with individual names on each beach home, it was gorgeous. In the mornings, I would walk by myself down the beach....to one side was the gorgeous homes in Pinnacle Port and the other side was a park (just sand so there are no buildings anywhere in sight!) or in the evening you could catch a lovely sunset. I can still hear the waves hitting the shore. Every night I would open the bedroom window just a bit so I could hear that beautiful sound. We have four children who loved every bit of the trip until we had to leave. The beach is only steps away and my husband and I could actually just sit on the deck and watch them play in the sand with no worries at all. I have never been on a beach vacation where everyone just leaves all of their belongings out every night, it was awesome to feel so safe. The swimming pools were also great, we usually went there late in the afternoon after a full day of sun and salt water it was time for a cool refreshing break. As for the condo, it too was great! Very nice kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The appliances were so new, we were the first ones to even use the oven. It sure is nice having a washer and dryer right there, every day when we came in from the beach, the towels and the swim suits where dropped directly in the washer and in the morning I would put them in the dryer and then we would hit the beach again. We didn't go out too much, only out to dinner a couple of times and the rest of the time we cooked in the condo or bbq'd in the pavillion while playing shuffleboard. The Winn Dixie was less than 5 minutes away as well as Walgreens (Ihad to pick up an RX so it came in handy) We also went to The Pier to watch the 4th of July fireworks which was really nice! Last but not least.........we have an autistic son and the ocean is the one thing that brings him true happiness! He would just stand there and let the waves hit him all day and then fall asleep at the dinner table so we had a shirt designed for him EAT, BEACH, SLEEP, REPEAT - Carillon Beach! There is no other place to enjoy a family vacation! All in all, we can't wait to go back! Thanks for the great accomodations!

  Really nice condo. You have to drive thru a gated community to access your room, but the beautiful colored houses and landscaping along the way are a real treat. If you go to Pinnacle Port don't forget to carry your own pop up shelter and chairs. That is our one regret. Everyone had them and left them up over night and no one bothers them. The condo is true to the photos on this web site. We loved it and would definitely use it again.

Cancellation policy:

PARADISE IN THE SUN, LLC. RENTAL AGREEMENT SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT A deposit of $200 is required to hold your reservation. We must receive a personal check or payment by credit card for the deposit within 7 days of this letter. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved. One half of the payment is due 60 days prior to check-in. The balance of the rental payment is due 30 days prior to check-in. The booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited for non payment. PAYMENT We accept payment by personal check via mail or credit card via VRBO. Payment in full must be received 30 days before arrival. CANCELLATIONS If you cancel more than 60 days before check-in, your deposit will be returned If you cancel less than 60 days before check-in, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, you will forfeit full payment. The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather. RENTAL AGREEMENT Upon receiving your security deposit, copy of drivers’ license and a signed and dated copy of the Rental Agreement, a rental confirmation will be mailed to you. Once we receive full payment for your reservation, we will mail you a welcome packet that includes travel directions to Pinnacle Port and the lock code to access the condo. HOUSEKEEPING When you arrive, the home will be clean and set up with linens, which includes bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes and bed linens Please bring your own beach towels. No pets allowed. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will forfeit their security deposit, if any, and may be evicted from the property. This is a non-smoking condo. You are permitted to smoke outdoors. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. We may supply games and activities for our guests, however some games have small pieces or parts and are not suitable for young children, i.e. toddlers and infants, who may put things in their mouths. Do not allow young children to play unsupervised with games. Check-in time is no earlier than 4 pm CT. There is only a 6 hour window to completely clean, disinfect and set up for the next guests. Please respect this work schedule and do not arrive early. Checkout time is no later than 10 am CT the day you are scheduled to leave. We must be able to enter the home at 10 a.m. If you do not vacate the premises on time, you will be charged for one (1) additional night‘s stay. Checkout procedures: Prior to checkout, all dishes should be washed and put away. Beds should be left unmade and sheets and pillowcases removed and placed on the floor. Towels should be placed in laundry room. Make sure all doors and windows are locked and shut. We will not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. If you leave an item after checking out and wish to have it returned, call us as soon as possible and we will arrange for shipment. We will inform you of the shipping cost. ADDITIONAL TERMS You must be 25 years of age to rent this home and provide proof of age, if requested. The home has a maximum occupancy of six (6) guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. House parties are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Throwing anything from balconies will result in immediate eviction. If a personal check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged the amount levied by the bank for NSF charges. Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Force Majeure. There may be circumstances beyond our control and contemplation, in which the property might not be available for your booking. Examples of these include (but are not limited to) hurricanes, destruction of or severe damage to the property. In the event of Force Majeure, we will do our best to make alternative arrangements for you where possible. If we cannot, or if the alternative arrangements are not acceptable to you, then we will refund all monies paid. This will be the full extent of our liability to you in such circumstances, and we will not be responsible for any other costs connected with any such cancellation, howsoever arising.
