This gorgeous beach front residence sits right on the beach on a large lot and is surrounded by a landscaped courtyard with a fountain and paved walkways in the Mexican hacienda style. Overlooking the beach is the main house with two bedrooms each with a full bath and queen size bed. (The West bedroom has a twin hide-a-bed.) In the family room there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table. It also has a double size sofa bed and a TV/VCR/DVD for your enjoyment. Large sliding doors provide a spectacular view of the ocean and is open to the terrace. Next to the main house is a large fire pit area with bancos and steps to the beach. There are two additional large bedrooms in an annex, each with full baths, facing the courtyard with a view of the ocean and the courtyard. The main house sleeps seven and the annex five more persons for a total of 12 people maximum. Each bedroom has its own entrance. Enjoy the extensive patios for dining or relaxing on the bancos or toasting marsh mellows in the fire pit. There is central air/heating throughout as well as propane BBQ. This residence is located near the end of Las Conchas in Section 5 where the beach is sandy. Minimum of 2 nights required. You may also rent only the main house which sleeps 7 persons for $250 per night. This is a non-smoking house with pets allowed. Las Conchas also does not allow fireworks, ATV`s or RV`s. Owner requests no spring breakers.

8 of us stayed here on a faculty writing retreat;, and it was truly wonderful. The owners are so kind and helpful, the house so beautiful and perfectly situated. We will be back next year for sure!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

We had 7 people stay in the house for a weekend back in October. There's plenty of room, there's two bedrooms in the main house that both have beach views and then an add on that has two additional rooms (not as nice). The house had everything we needed and there was a fire pit on the patio and down below on the beach which we love b/c my husband plays guitar. The photos are an accurate depiction in my opinion. The only thing to note is this house could really use a good fumigation. I found silver fish in our bedroom and there were several roaches. However, that's somewhat to be expected in mexico. I would recommend the house to anybody.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
