Welcome to our Gulf-front, penthouse condominium. This unit is by far the premier condominium on Gulf Island. With every turn you will have spectacular, open Gulf views. The unit is the furthest west and on the top floor. Amazing sunset views from your private, 2200-square-foot, outdoor patio/sundeck.
You will feel welcomed at the private, security gate the moment you arrive. Park your car out of the sun (or rain) under the covered parking and in the closest spot to the elevator! Once in the newly renovated unit you will be very comfortable with all new furniture, new appliances, tile throughout, sunroom, and 38-inch TV. The unit is fully stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, and everything you need for the ultimate, Florida vacation. Just bring your bathing suits.
At Gulf Island you can fill your days walking along the ocean's edge, reading a good book, catching a tranquil sunset from your balcony, or entertaining on your private, roof-top sundeck. If you prefer more active vacations, you may choose to work out in our full gym, swim in one of our two large pools, play tennis on one of our two newly renovated tennis courts, or catch up on shopping at the nearby mall, Port Ritchie, or Tarpon's Sponge Docks. If water is 'your thing,' there are limitless, nearby, water-sport activities including jet ski, sailing, deep-sea fishing, etc.
From our private island, you are only a short drive to a number of major amusements and other Florida attractions including:

A very beautiful penthouse condo with breathtaking views of the gulf. We were very satisfied with everything. Some of the wildlife we saw included dolphins, eagles and stingrays. The owner met us at the condo, gave us a tour of the unit and his hospitality was greatly appreciated. We would recommend this condo to anyone seeking peace and tranquility. An amazing, great and romantic place to go and clear the mind.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

I came to Hudson to have surgery at the Bonati Spine Institute. I needed a quiet, relaxing place to recover and this condo was the perfect fit! The booking/ check in process was easy and professional! Great, friendly owner! The condo complex was built in the 80's, so it is an older design, but very well kept! The grounds are stunning, and the amenities are fabulous! The large, private deck has the most incredible views of the Gulf! The sunsets are addicting, and it was fun and relaxing to just sit out there and watch the boats and the wild life. This condo is simple and clean and a great find! Enjoy :)Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: We enjoy using our penthouse condo as much as renting it. We take very good care of our unit and pride ourselves on its condition and cleanliness. We love to travel and meet new people and look fwd to meeting you when you rent our place!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We are located directly on the Gulf 35-40 mins north of Tampa area. this locations is on the nature coast and is VERY quiet! Lots of wildlife with dolphins and manatees all around to watch.
We are also very close to the Bonati spinal institute and host out patients often from there.
