Very relaxing 2,600 sq. ft. open floor plan home with lots of glass which opens to a huge lanai and heated pool. All rooms have access to the beautiful lanai and pool which overlooks the sailboat accessible salt water intersecting canal.
The lanai has a full compliment of chairs and lounge chairs along with a large table, and barbeque grille to enjoy a meal while enjoying the water view and beautiful sunsets of Florida
The Master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, 2 walk in closets and a private bath with Soaking tub, Twin sinks and a large Roman Shower which is HC accesible.One guest room has a Full size bed along with a Private Bathroom. The third guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with lower full size bed and twin upper bunks, this room also has a Private Bathroom. Also a pull out Sofa in the Den opens to a Full size bed.
The kitchen is fully applianced and also has a full compiment of glasses, dishes, silverware, pots and pans along with toaster and coffee maker. There is a large table and chairs along with 3 bar stools at the bar height counter. The comfortable leather furniture and large Flat Screen TV in the Great Room is a great place to relax after a long day of activities and fun in the sun..
Laundry Room has a ful size Washer and Dryer. All linens and towels are provided.
Large 3 car garage with handicap ramp inside for access to the home from the garage.
AIRPORT: 45 minutes from Regional South West Airport in Ft. Myers. 1 hr & 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport. Direct Air flies directly into Punta Gorda Airport which is 10 minutes from hte house
RENTAL CARS: Enterprise and Hertz are located in Punta Gorda. Enterprise has free pick up service
LOCATION: Unlimited shoppingand antiquing within an hours drive. Busch Gardens is less than 2 hours away to the north east and Miami is 2 hours to the south east.
SHOPPING: Grocery shopping, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, various drug stores are within 2 to 4 miles away
BOATING: Charlotte Harbor is approximately 20 to 25 minutes from our dock. The dock is equipped with a 10,000# boat lift. There is also boat rentals and full marina services in Fishermans Village
RESTAURANTS: There are all types of restaurants for your dining enjoyment.
GOLF: St. Andrews South Country Club and Golf Course is a 10 minute walk from the house.
