This home is just three blocks from the beach and it is directly across from the community playground/ballfields with tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball, and soccer fields, and tot lot with playground equipment. The home is just blocks from fishing jetties and a public dock.
This modern, non-smoking, three-bedroom rancher sleeps up to eight. One bedroom has bunkbeds sleeping up to four. One bedroom has a double bed and the master bedroom has a queen-size bed. This well-maintained, single-family home has a driveway, a large deck, and an outside shower. Great shopping, golf courses, and sightseeing are nearby.

I have traveled a lot and had many vacations but there is no better vacation than a few weeks in sunny Avalon: beach, swimming, kayaking, fishing, boating, tanning, shopping, tennis, bicycling, dining, etc., etc., and relaxing on the deck with family, friends and a favorite beverage!

This property is located directly across the major recreational field in Avalon. These fields have: tennis, basketball, tot lot, soccer fields, softball, open area to fly kites, etc. This property is also only a few blocks from the beautiful north-end views from the jetties looking over Townsends Inlet.

Awesome gas grill! We used it every evening. The house was very well stocked with everything one would need and then some. In this regard it was an exceptional rental. I have a friend that owns a property on 27th st. It is difficult to find a parking space on the beach block there. We had no problem finding one at 10th st.

This home is a home away from home with everything you would ever need. Comfortable, neat and perfectly located across from a great park and short walks to both the bay and the beach. We certainly hope to visit again. We highly recommend this home and the owners are very kind, organized and helpful.

We've stayed at this house multiple times over the years. It's a roomy, comfortable, attractive house close to the beach and right across the street from a recreation center/playground. Our children love staying here and always ask when our next stay at this house will be. It is so nice to be able to walk to the beach, jetty, playground, stores, restaurants, etc. We love spending our mornings at the rec center or riding bikes and then spending our afternoons at the beach, then grilling and having a relaxing meal/drink on the breezy deck. The house is very clean, the kitchen well stocked with kitchen equipment and the owner very helpful and approachable. Would highly recommend this as your vacation house.

This single family home is very comfortable and suitable to a large or small family. I spent the first week there as a "Girl's Week at the Beach" with some friends, and the second week with my husband and grown children. There were plenty of beds and move around space so that no one felt cramped. The ocean is just a few blocks away and you can even take your car and park there for free if you like. The owner was a gem to work with and we would go there again!

Our family and I have enjoyed the house for the past 2 summers. It feels very homey, like grandma's beach house. The location is great, and the house is unbelievably well stocked with kitchen equipment. We have enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch, as well as our evening dinners. The street is quiet and there is a big park across the street. The beach is 2 short blocks away. It's been so nice after a hot day on the beach to shower in the outdoor shower and hang our bathing suits and towels on the outdoor line. Then have a few beers on the porch, use the outdoor grill to make dinner, and end the evening with a stroll into town for some ice cream. It doesn't get much better than this!
