Tucked away on GilChrist Lane right past Tacky Jacks and Happy Harbor, (OFF MARINA ROAD) but still walking distance to Mangos, this three bedroom/three bathroom house makes you feel right at ease!!
The house is built on stilts. Underneathe you have a pier that has built-in benches that directly face GilChrist Island and Perdido Pass Bridge and to your left is Robinson Island!! To the left and right of the pier/platform are two boat slips!!! Also underneathe, is a shower, storage room with chairs, crab traps & nets, a swing and a picnic table!
If you go up the stairs from the back of the house, there are built in benches on the balcony that DIRECTLy face the pass and Island!!!
Going up the stairs in the front, there is a door on the left and right. To the left is a bedroom/bathroom. This bedroom has two twin-size beds, a ceiling fan and a wall unit.
To the right, you walk into the dining area with a table and chairs and the kitchen to your left. The kitchen has granite countertops and anything you could need to cook with! The full size washer/dryer is tucked away nicely behind a closet.
The kitchen is spacious and flows nicely into the living area. The living area runs the length of the house! On either corner are two twin-size beds (extremely comfortable!). There is a television, sofa, chairs and another table with four chairs.
On the left side of the house, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed, television and attached bathroom that you can access from the bedroom or the living area. To the right, there is the master suite with a king-size bed and television!
