My family and I stayed here a few weeks ago. We had a great time in Solana Beach!! The home is equipped with all of the amenities of home and included wifi, toys for the 2 toddlers, and all you would need to enjoy a day at the beach ( towels, chairs, umbrella, and toys)!! The home is conveniently located in a very nice and quiet area just minutes from the interstate, all San Diego attractions, and the historic Pacific Coast Highway. We even lucked up and was there for the start of the San Diego County fair which is directly across the street and we were able to walk too. We had a great vacation and our Solana Beach home away rom home was a major part of it! Thank you so much Etta!! We look forward to staying here again!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We arrived at the condo late in the evening and had no trouble getting access. The unit had everything a family needed for a home away from home. The neighborhood was very quiet and within walking distance to the beach. All the major shopping was also very close and convenient. I was traveleing with my 3 younger children and one adult child. All of them were very happy and comfortable with the condo. We did not get to enjoy the pool because we were out everyday and came in too late but the pool was just outside the unit. Thanks so much for you keeping a well kept and family friendly unit.!! I know where we will be staying again when we come back to San Diego to finish up our fun at the zoo and sea world. Thank you so much for being so gracious!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We had a great vacation here and loved the property. The owners were conscientious and caring and provided a clean and comfortable environment. We really appreciated that the property was close enough to San Diego to enjoy some of the more touristy attractions but is conveniently tucked into beautiful Solana Beach so we could experience much of the local flavor as well. We felt like beach natives :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We moved to San Diego in 2000 and instantly fell in love with the town of Solana Beach and knew we wanted to buy our first home here. Solana Beach is a great town for living, vacationing, raising children and just having fun! After purchasing a single-family home (yes, still in Solana Beach) for our growing family, we decided to turn our townhouse into a vacation rental. Our relatives from the east coast and Europe love to come here during their vacations- we hope you will, too!
Why the Owner Chose Solana Beach:
Location, location, location!!! Beautiful townhouse, with a private patio/back was key to us. Quiet, tucked away location, yet close to the beach and everything else. You can walk and bike everywhere from here, a huge plus for an active family like ours.

During the summer months, enjoy the San Diego Fair and horse races at the world famous Del Mar race track across the street from your place.
