This Beach Front Condo is a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Rocky Point?s beach. The master bedroom in this condo has a king size bed with a private bathroom, the second and third bedroom have a queen size bed in each. The third bedroom is actually a studio apartment with kitchenette, private bath and separate access. The condo is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, A/C, BBQ Grill, and other amenities. January, February, July and August rent 2 or more nights and get one free, except holidays. CHECK FOR OUR REDUCED HOLIDAY RATE!!
Las Palmas is a row of beachfront condos just east of the Mirador and is walking distance to Manny's and Pink Cadillac. The beach is comparable to Las Conchas. You can bring ATV's. Las Palmas is connected to the city utilities and all units have central heat and air.
