Clean! Just enough room! Decent view! It was just two of us staying with our dog for the weekend and we really enjoyed our stay! We did not use the pool but it looked very nice and well maintained. We did not spend much time in the room since OC has so much to offer but when we did we were relaxed and happy with the space. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a small place in OC with affordable rates and a friendly staff. Thank you!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My wife, son and I needed a place to stay in OC for a lacrosse tournament. The condo was clean, comfortable and very well equiped for our needs. We didn't plan to be in the room much, but the temps were over 95 degrees all three days that we were there. The condo (and the pool) offered relief from the heat and a place to regroup after a long day of lacrosse. The proximity to the beach and to Northside Park (an excellent place for evening strolls) was a big plus. We have already booked again for this summers tournament and we are looking forward to it...Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We chose this location because my family and I have been vacationing in Ocean City since 1971. My wife and I and our 2 daughters (4 and 7) love the ocean and the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We are very close to the beach and also Northside Park which provides access to fishing piers, running and pet walking trails, playground facilities, and ball fields.
