Building F - 5 townhomes all with great gulf views!

 

Location: Port Aransas, Gulf Coast, Texas, USA (25 min from Corpus, 3 hrs from Austin, Houston & San Antonio)

Accommodations:  Townhomes, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2.5+ Baths (Sleeps 6-10)

These professionally decorated two to five bedroom townhomes are located at Sand Hill Townhomes on the beach side of 11th Street South between Anchor Drive and Sand Castle Drive - right in town. Thirteen of the existing 18 units are in the rental pool.

All units face south, so when you are standing on the large covered decks the gulf will be to your left and the inter-coastal to your right, all units in buildings E & F have great gulf views, units in buildings C & D have a glimpse of the gulf and you can hear the water from every unit!

You will have a one block walk to the beach. From the end of Building F, you will walk 1/2 block down LaPlaya drive and then 1/2 block down Sand Castle drive to reach the water. If you prefer to drive, you can take the short drive (1/2 block from our entrance) over to Sand Castle and park your car on the beach while you play!!

We have a community swimming pool, hot tub and grilling area for our guests. All units have a seperate central air conditioner/heater for each floor for maximum comfort.

This particular unit is a two story ~ 1,600 sq feet townhome with 2 ground floor bedrooms (Queen in one room and two twins beds in second). The 2nd floor has a Master bedroom has a King size bed and an enclosed bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit - like most of our units, also has a large enclosed, secure garage to store your boat, vehicle or beach toys!

The living space includes a fully furnished kitchen, living room with a queen-size sofa sleeper & a queen air bed, dining room, and a large covered deck. All units are furnished with bed and bath linen and have a washer & dryer.


RENTAL POLICY SUMMARY:
1. Smoking is not allowed in any of the townhomes.
2. We do have 4 units which will allow small pets (<50 lbs.) - large pets are rough on the oak stairs.
3. To hold your reservations please email or call in your request. We will confirm your request and dates.
-Your reservation is secured upon receipt of a signed rental agreement and advance payment of 25% booking fee, payable by cash, check or credit card, within 7 days of booking.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your check-in date.
- Reservations booked within 14 days of planned arrival date require payment in full at time of booking.
- All units require a fully refundable $200 damage deposit
4. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival for a refund of the deposit, less a $50.00 fee.
- There are no refunds for early departures.
5. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 a.m., unless other arrangements are made in advance of your arrival.
6. The guest of record must be over 25 years of age to register and pay, and must stay with the group throughout the entire reservation time.
7. Guest will be charged the full cost to repair any damage to the property or replace any missing items.
